Joseph, the store Manager is fantastic and will go out of his way to help her and is extremely patient with her but most of all informs her of any specials on anything she brings to the counter that is a "buy 1 get 1 free" and this is sometimes a significant savings. The only problem the store has is something they have no control over which is the supply chain and certain items are not always available. I'm rating the actual pharmacist, not the store itself. The pharmacist, Chris, is a real jerk. I…read moretold him that a prescription was being called over for me and he was snappy and said no one called. So I said, okayyy, I'll just wait. So I'm waiting. Meanwhile another customer comes by and asks him something and he said he couldn't help her with that. She said, I get my husband's prescriptions all the time. He said I'm sorry, but I can't get you that information. And she said, I'll go to another CVS, they will help me. He said, go ahead, let them break the law. Then my prescription was finally called in and i heard him tell the urgent care that he couldn't take the prescription over the phone, that they would have to call and leave a voicemail. I mean he knows I'm waiting here for this prescription and he tells them he won't take the prescription over the phon, for them to call back and leave the info on a voicemail????? He knew I was waiting there for it. So the urgent care called me back when I was standing at the counter and said the pharmacist was rude and wouldn't take the prescription over the phone. I am visiting from another state and this didn't make me want to visit this pharmacy ever again. I will never step foot into this pharmacy again. Chris, the pharmacy tech or pharmacist, needs some training on how to deal with the public. He's extremely rude and useless. Maybe he's mad at the world because he's a puny, balding little tiny man.

The Cobb Salad, too be exact, and let me tell you IT WAS THE BEST DAMN SALAD I HAVE EVER HAD!!! The amount of meats and other toppings was very generous, and their creamy ranch dressing was !!!

Ordered the brisket grilled cheese and ended up with a plain grilled cheese with absolutely no flavor. Had a slice of cake to have a little flavor, but the cake was overly sweet. My friend had banana pudding and it was nowhere near homemade. Not worth the money. The bathroom was not very clean, no soap, so how are these employees washing their hands. Just glad I had something with me to wash up. I wish I saw this before eating, as I would have walked out. As we were eating, the employee came by clearing the tables and pushing in chairs, but never wiped the tables. Trying to figure out how this place gets rave reviews.
