Easy on and off before getting to Spokane from the west or after you have just left Spokane going west. And you can also grab a Starbucks coffee to go, right in the parking lot. As a customer in the gas station today, I witnessed a cashier make a condescending and embarrassing comment to another cashier. A young lady cashier tripped over something in the walkway behind the counter. She was clearly embarrassed but remained professional. An older female cashier found it acceptable to laugh at her and snap "didn't they teach you how to walk in kindergarten?!" How humiliating for the younger girl. She looked like a teenager. She didn't respond to the other cashier's nasty comment and continued with her task. I took a look at older cashier's name tag and I am pretty sure it was Lisa. I guess she was never taught if you have nothing nice to say, to say nothing. The cashier that tripped was Mari? Or something along that line. She has curly hair. Is this the behavior this company supports? Condescending, humiliating, harassment and bullying of younger worker by older workers. I hope management sees this and takes this seriously. It was unacceptable and very unprofessional behavior. That lady needs corrective action. Who knows what she says when no one can hear! She clearly felt comfortable bullying a young girl in front of customers. Do better in your hiring Petro, because this made me never want to return. read more

Our first visit to Spokane and we were thrilled to find a Petro! Shower time! The water pressure was good and the temp was hot! Feeling so much better! Got our laundry done and had our first sit-down meal in a week, with fruits and vegetables, eaten with a knife and fork. Happy campers! NEVER stop here if your in a hurry! I have waited in line for 10-12 minutes more than once. The plus side? They are open 24 / 7. The downside? The are always busy! They do have a hot deli that does a decent job, a huge variety of sodas, teas, etc. Their beer selection is very small, but it's a truck stop. They also have a diner / buffet restaurant attached to them that does a pretty good job overall, and also a Subway sandwich shop inside. They sell fudge by the pound, and anything else you can expect from a truck stop. The restrooms always seem to be dirty. Staff are pretty friendly, they deal with the business and lines well. read more

We stopped here on our way into Spokane specifically because they had a Starbucks attached. I believe there's only a few other Petro's that have one attached in the country (2, I believe). We definitely appreciated that as it can be hard to find a Starbucks (or really any other coffee shop) with truck parking nearby. The prices inside were obviously pretty high, both in the store and the Starbucks. But, that's to be expected with truck stops. There was ample truck parking, and there were still plenty of spaces late into the night. The area also seems pretty nice, and there weren't any characters roaming around which is always a positive. If we ever find ourselves up in the Spokane area again, we will definitely consider stopping back in here. read more

I stopped here on the drive from Seattle, WA to Livingston, MT. It was around 3:00AM, and my dad and I were quite hungry. We stopped here, and took a seat. The server that night was totally awesome, and she took really superb care of us. I asked for a Pepsi, and she brought out a glass of Pepsi, along with a pitcher of it, just for me! She also brought the food out nice and hot, the perfect cure for spending hours in a car driving. The food was really well priced, and they offered a lot of convenient options, like to-go cups, so you can stay caffeinated on the road. I really can't say enough about this stop, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone. It's a great place, at an even greater price! :) read more

This was a solid stop off I-90. They have gas and the typical truck stop amenities but they also have better bathrooms than a gas station, a Subway, a restaurant, and a Starbucks. There was a better than average selection of snacks or drinks, and the cashier was very nice. She did ask for both our IDs when we approached the register together, even though we're older, but it's more than fine and totally understandable. The parking lot is huge and it's very easy to get on and off the interstate so this is a good stop before hitting Spokane if you are eastbound. read more

I'm not a fan of the food quality at Iron Skillet but my partner was hungry so we decided go in. I'm veg so Settled for the "salad bar". the others I have been to have been extremely friendly and professional. My experience today was walking into h***, it's a seat yourself kinda joint so after walking around the restaurant my partner and I couldn't find a tidy table! . The waitress who attended us was fairly busy so we gave her some time to get us water and menus....once she comes to us she is flustered and practically begging for some sympathy on her day. I get it, it's busy and you're exhausted but complaining about everything and telling customers that it's a long wait and that they have about 15 food orders in front of them is just so unprofessional. I over heard her talking to the table next to us and it was just complaints after complaints. Food! It took about 50 mins for my partners food to come out he's easily satisfied lol so no complaints with his dish! My husband and I stopped in to buy water and beer. The cashier asked if we were together and said she had to see my ID. I said I left out in the car, she said she will NOT be selling is the beer. First off I want to say thank you for having out going mail service! This makes sending post cards and letters to loved ones an easy convince, my grandson will be able to go to the mail box and find a little something for him. Sending Christmas gifts or that odd gift you find that just screams someone's name to you, is much easier than hoping it will not get broke before you get home time, texts and emails are nice however you really know the person is thinking of you when you get a handwritten note or letter. This is one of our stops when we come through. I have yet to be displeased.. The lot is clean we did not have to compete with rv's, travel trailers or cars parked in truck parking. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. WE ate at the restaurant for breakfast and the food was pretty good. Dinner service was a little slow tonight. To be fair it was busy and the only seating was away from the drivers area. Not sure if that is a coincidence or what just something I took note of. read more

But their customer service is awful, IDK if they hire just anyone to run a register but they should reconsider the people they hire. I've been fueling and parking in the same area at this Petro since it opened and never had an issue. All of a sudden, since the introduction of their reserved parking and the management change, the area where I and many others park are all of a sudden "fire lanes" and I get hassled by some 2-bit rent a cop that I need to move. Wouldn't you know it, the only spots available are the pay reserve spots. Guess I'll just take my business over to Post Falls. read more

I drive by here daily and occasionally have to stop for fuel in the wee hours of the early mornings, i like to have a well lit area and I feel very safe here while pumping my fuel, This is a big truck stop and has a nice size convenience store a restaurant Iron Skillet, also a Subway and showers for people who are on the road.
