The staff is extremely untrained and disrespectful and rude! I have a severe medical condition and am not able to wear a mask and the lady worker was very rude and told me to put on a mask or leave and she had a bunch of friends in hanging out with her and when she said that to me they all started laughing at me. I will NEVER step foot in that business EVER again. Gas prices are great... but I avoid the place... personal opinion. I don't think its fair that they don't have to pay taxes on the gas the same way other stations do. But that's perks to being a tribally own gas station. I think it puts unfair burden on the other gas stations because they can only lower their prices so much before they stop making a profit on gas. Sure from what I understand a lot of stations make most of their money on the mini mart, but still for me personally I try to avoid Spoko, not because I don't like natives... I live on the reservation, its because I just don't feel its fair. read more

Convenient to get in and out of, but: For a long time they required you to come into the building to obtain a pump receipt. We quit going there for our fuel for several months, until they started to issue a receipt AT THE PUMP again. Now (as of today) customers need to go into the building to obtain their fuel receipt. I asked an employee why they are not issuing receipts at the pump again. He said several interesting things: 1/ Coming inside to get your receipt causes the customers to pass in close proximity to all the impulse junk foods they hope you will end up purchasing. 2/ No receipt at the pump saves having to have an employee service the receipt mechanisms at each of the pumps. 2b/ No receipt at the pump saves on the receipt paper 3/ Not issuing a receipt at the pump helps keep down the quantity of litter around the pumps since many people get the receipt, look at it and then just toss it to the ground. We are disgusted with this service station so once again we will no longer go there for our fuel and we will recommend others go elsewhere. read more

Cheap fuel but I guess you get what you pay for. My last three diesel fill ups in my truck were here. I got some contaminated diesel which nearly completely plugged up my fuel filter. $300+ dollars later I am back operational. Hopefully, it didn't ruin my fuel pump. Time will tell. Since then I have heard similar complaints from colleagues about bad fuel. I probably would not have written this but for the fact that they won't return my phone calls to discuss the issue. I guess it is not enough to have a higher profit margin due to the tax benefits (supposedly) but they want to make even more money by skimping on quality control as well. Irritating. read more
