I was planning a trip out to Indiana to receive my new puppy; however the week of my flight, all airlines decided to ban pets from flying in cargo due to COVID. It was a blessing discovering ATW, based in Ohio, ad they make trips out west on a biweekly basis. They have a TON of great reviews on Google and after talking with them, I felt a little better about ground transportation for my 4 month old pup. ATW was communicative during the entire relocation fron signing the paperwork to getting my pup delivered right to my door! It was a trip that lasted a few days in a cargo van with kennels and space for many dogs. After receiving my dog, I could tell he was properly walked, fed, and given attention despite the long travel time. The driver(s) were very nice and even provided GPS to track the location of the transport at any time. If I ever need to relocate my pets or plan on getting another one from a different state, ATW will be my first choice to call. I was amazed about how seamless the entire process was, the reasonable pricing for their ground transport compared to others, and the quality of their service. I would recommend this company to anyone purchasing a puppy from out of state that cannot travel right now!

Frankly I've had a couple of sitters ramp up Cleo's separation anxiety. The first time I contacted Lisa, I knew she actually cared for animals. It's not just a job to her. Lisa came over to introduce herself to me AND Cleo. I was delighted to find out Lisa and her pet sitters would actually visit with Cleo - take the time to care for her in ways beyond pouring food in the bowl or walking. It has been immensely reassuring to receive text updates and pictures each time a visit occurs. When I get back, Cleo is calm and happy to see me - not trembling like the time I picked her up from the vet's. The fee is so very reasonable allowing me to ask that Cleo have 3 visits a day while I'm gone. I feel so fortunate to have found this service.

While we were out of the country and our dog sitter got sick, she stepped in with day doggie visits to help make sure the doggos were cared for and got plenty of outside time as well which was much appreciated. One of our dogs is really introverted and apprehensive of people but does really well with Heather, the other is a massive extrovert that loves pretty much everyone and Heather deals with his high energy quite well.

I appreciate that as a business they have a crew who supports each other and shares the load. But that information should have been offered up front with an explanation of how the business operates before wasting so much of my time as I explained the level of care which would be needed. I especially didn't appreciate them sending me to a generic pet sitter website to find an alternative pet sitter when I made it clear I only use sitters that are recommended by friends or people I know.
