This establishment is extremely disorganized. When I went in to inquire, the owner was so…read moredistraught that it was pick-up time (though there was no one else there at the time), she could not tell me with certainty that my dates were open, nor could she answer my questions thoroughly, stating "her husband handles that." Papers were everywhere; the room was a mess, and I was refused a tour, because she would have to "move boards around just to get [me] back there." The lobby was thick with cigarette smoke. Her husband was to call me the next day to arrange for a look around. He called the next afternoon, telling me there was plenty of space, no problem, but couldn't get me in for 3 days after my first requested tour day. After scheduling, I asked him about the smoke, and he told me the dogs were in "enclosed rooms" so the smoke wouldn't bother them. The next morning, I got a call that they were booked solid the entire month, then was hung up on. From this extreme shift from "plenty of space" to "booked solid" in less than a day, along with his rudeness, I can only surmise it was due to my inquiry about the smoke that I was refused the tour and service. Do NOT go there. These individuals are not to be trusted. They are disorganized, rude, and lie.

I rescued a lab mix in May of this year and he has been going too. He originally had some behavior issues but has since gotten better since he has been attending daycare. I have been going to Dee and Ken for over a year now and my dogs couldn't be happier. My parents also take their Australian Shepard for grooming and she looks and smells amazing. Not to mention she is so wore out which is hard to do. I know they are much loved and cared for while I'm away at work. Thanks guys!

On yesterday, August 19, 2024, my daughter called to confirm her puppy's appointment with your…read moreresort. During the call my daughter asked if the pets were routinely checked to ensure that they were safe and okay as her puppy, Niko, has affinity for chewing on things that he should not. Your associate informed my daughter that if she was that concerned for her "dog" that she should consider taking him to a vet for "safekeeping". This response was unnecessarily snarky and mean. Needless to say, we will not entrust a member of our family to your care. While we certainly hope that this representative's opinion on pet care is not widely held by you and your staff, you should know that this is what is being presented.

When we went to pick up both dogs today, all three pieces of bedding we brought in, apparently were covered in urine. The girls attempted to wash the beds but it all smelled like urine still. We told her to keep the one and throw it away because the whole thing was throw into the washer when it has foam inserts that aren't to be washed I'm a washer. And it was sopping wet. No one could tell us what happened in the kennel, why the beds were covered in urine and why our dogs were covered in urine. Also, one of our dogs paws came home bleeding and we didn't notice it until we got in the house. The whole point of boarding my animals when I leave on a vacation is so I feel at ease and comfortable knowing my dogs will be safe and taken good care of. I have never had my dogs returned to me with all of there beddings ruined and them smelling they rolled in a bowl of urine. Never again
