They have a very good and extensive range of dog and cat foods to cater for even the fussiest of eaters. Their own brand cat and dog foods are very good value and are of good quality. They sell an amazing range of pets beds, toys and extras such as brushes, shampoos, flea treatments, vitamins - you name it and Pets at Home sell it! You normally end up buying something you did not realise you needed! My dog when I take him there heads for the section with the dog treats - I think he wishes he could be a taste tester for them! They do sell some live animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, mice etc which I don't really like but on the whole they seem to keep them in reasonably good conditions. The owners were incredibly helpful and made it clear their collars are not for puppies and better suited for adult dogs, based solely on the cost. That being said I found the perfect handmade Pink and Orange adult collar and coordinated leash. So when the time is right and my puppy is a few months old she'll be sporting a very stylish look!

You can find dog and cat food here, some food for birds (wild and otherwise), and some small animal cages. The shopkeeper here was friendly and I thought that the prices were good. There was a large number of collars, leashes, jackets, anti-pull harnesses, and muzzles for dogs that I could choose from, and the man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. The store may be small, but what they don't have they are happy to order for you. And if you're in need of a cat/dog bed, they have an entire wall FULL. Today I'm in London and have made my way to an adorable little shop near Convent Garden. The selection is complete ranging from essentials to extravagant toys. Travelled here late after work just to get some snails. I left with no snails. Not becuase of lack…read moreof snails. But lack of no one coming to help. The employee in the aquarium area was serving someone so I patiently waited 15 minutes and then thye went to the till. I waited another 15 minutes and no one came back. The staff were all at the front of the store talking and the employee on tills was sat on the floor behind the counter as I was leaving. I gave up and couldnt be bothered to ask for help as they were clearly all ready for the shop to be closing. Should they have had amazing snails and fish I may have tried harder, but every tank I checked at least one dead fish. So I gave up and left.

Or whether or not it was just boring boring leads and dog bowls. So one day I finally popped in to bunny hunt. Yay! Look at them in that photo. All cute and hoppy. Wiggly little noses. I nearly came home with a grey one. My housemates would have been maaaaad. There are actually loads of animals in here. Skittish little hamsters, funny looking Guinea pigs, animals that need adopting (heartbreaking, with notes written by eight year olds). It's a big shop, so there's boring fish and slippery snakes too, but I spent a good 15 minutes playing with the bunnies. Apparently they sometimes have kittens too. I would have definitely bought one of them home. I don't have much self control. As we've established that I don't have pets and I'm just a weird bunny-watcher, I can't give them five stars. Don't know if the stuff they sell is over priced, or if it's any good. But their animal looked happy. The same couldn't be said about the staff, who despite getting to play with bunnies on their lunch break didn't crack a smile once. Still, come here, play with rabbits, then go about your day a little bit more smiley.
