Staff are willing to help and are happy to discuss the products. If you're thinking about buying one of the small animals, they discuss your choice through and can give you the main differences between the options to make sure you understand what you are taking on. They offer leaflets with care advice and tell you to pop in if ever you have a query or concern. They also offer a range of fishes and fish tanks.

Jollyes is easy to navigate and stocks a lot of products. The staff are helpful and the store provide a vet service every Wednesday, so if you visit then you'll see a queue of dogs and cats waiting to get their shots. You can purchase fish and live insects in store, as well as food and products for most pets, even horses, chickens and reptiles. My main downside to Jollyes is one particular product they sell; the cotton style nesting material. Not a lot of pet owners or even staff in pet stores are aware of the dangers and I've personally learned the hard way. It's a nice enough shop, but I prefer the personal touch in Seeny's in the town centre, and the traffic around the Fairacres end of town is often awful so it's not somewhere you can go in a hurry.
