I did, I needed a Seresto collar for my pup in case we ventured out into the woods to walk off some Thanksgiving day food (left ours back home by accident). He came and helped me find the collar I needed. I asked if they had the joint supplement I gave my dog (clearly missed a few things packing this weekend) and though they didn't have my specific one they were able to recommend another one that was plenty close. Great experience shopping here, the staff was helpful in finding me what I needed and prices good. I'll be back here next time I'm in town and need something for my doggie.

I purchased an expensive leash that proved difficult to use due to the carabiner design. I brought it back just three days later, but because the tags were removed, the staff refused an exchange--even though I had no return history and the purchase was clearly visible in their system. This is the second negative experience I've had at the Clinton store. The staff often seem unhappy and unhelpful, which makes for a frustrating shopping experience. Disappointing to see a local business show so little flexibility or appreciation for long-time customers.

Since it was trial sized and just two cans of food, I did not want to bother her with it since coupons were expiring. The following week, I got a coupon for a size of dog food that I saw that the shop carried. I was able to get a $18.99 bag of premium dog food for just the cost of sales tax which made me very happy. For the furry critters shopping with their people is not only socialization central, but the staff are the kindest, warmest, and most knowledgeable regarding your pets and their supply needs. They also provide a super DIY soup to nuts grooming salon in the back of the store, and the folks in the front will even trim their nails when you are done. Like many gents, I hate to shop and even worse hate not finding what I need, when I need it. This is the only store where that never happens to me. They always have a fix or some means to help you and your pets out. One nice young lady even carried a large bag of kibble to my car because between my Redbone Coon Hound hand and the other supplies, my hands were full. This is the best place to shop for and to help take care of your pet.
