I called Kristy she told me to take the dog to Lafollette Vets and that she will call the vet to let him know we were coming. So when we arrived they took her weight and put us in a room. the vet came in and confirmed that she was bitten by a snake and administered a shot and prescribed her meds and gave me strict instructions on her meds. I have been taking my animals for many years and I would recommend them highly. This vet is very gentle and cares deeply for all animals and understands their needs and pet parents concerns. I love the fact the vet called and checked to see how she was doing and answered my questions and said if I needed anything to call. So far so good. Thank you so much for everything.

There were multiple tests done to try and save this pet. (A stray cat that I had tried to domesticate but he was too furrowed and instead would come by to be fed and get some petting.) He tested positive for feline leukemia. Kaitlyn Hall did go over the cost. She referred me to Cherry Support to cover the cost. Sent me a text to apply. Got approval for $5000. The bill was $703. This was after all tests and the euthanasia. Kaitlyn Hall said if approved today's visit would be covered and I could use that for future pet visits. Like many of us I live paycheck to paycheck. I'm one income. So this was the best decision at that moment. So after crying about saying goodbye to this cat it's time to go. I'm still under the impression that I owe nothing today. It's covered through cherry support that I was approved for before they did any tests. Before the euthanasia. Not the case. I could not pay. I couldn't pay a thing. I have less than $30 in my account currently. I go to Kaitlyn Hall to talk with her about this and to try to figure out what to do. She went from a kind and caring person to a very defensive person and demanding a payment now. She then makes a very heartless comment. She says to me, "Well we can't undo the euthanasia so you have to pay now." That's when I got mad. I start walking out and telling her I don't have it. She is glaring at me and talking to me like I'm pathetic because I don't have the money. And treating me like a thief. She then makes a comment that I should have let my boyfriend pay for it since I can't. I told her that my boyfriend offering to pay was none of her business. Again I got approved for $5000 that KAITLYN HALL said would go towards that visit. She proceeds to call the cops on me as her and her co workers follow me to my car. One with long dark hair came around to my car and took pictures of my license plate and they were recording me. I parked my car and called the police too. Kaitlyn and her friends basically are yelling that I need to pay and I'm sobbing repeatedly saying I don't have it today. I was told I was approved $5000 according to KAITLYN HALL and this would be taken care of with that. Kaitlyn Hall tried to get me arrested. She embarrassed me so bad. I'm still crying. How can someone be so cruel? They wouldn't have done the first test if I hadn't been approved for the coverage. Instead of looking at me like a human being and saying we will figure this out she treats me like a bully. If anyone has ever seen the movie "Mean Girls" ... she reminded me of the character, Regina. Very mean. I hope that she takes this experience and takes a good long look at herself and realizes she has a lot of work to do on herself in order to work with the public. Learn to de-escalate situations. Learn to not embarrass someone because of their income or lack there of. I'm devastated.

I placed an online pick up order for groceries and the Sunday before Thanksgiving Roy picked up the order , drove it 45 min away to our home , put the perishables in the fridge and arranged the pantry items on the counter. It feels so good to know we are going to arrive with that big task already taken care of. Roy and I chatted on the phone as well as text and through those communication I felt really good about him being a nice, intelligent and dependable guy. I just moved to the area and they were able to schedule my precious Shitzu Poodle mix right away for a much needed grooming. The spa is clean and well organized. I was on time, they took me immediately and explained the process of spa stages. Both ladies were so kind, positive and sweet. They told me 2.5 hours and my sweet baby would be ready. The grooming price for her (12 pounds of love) was $48 cash. This includes a bath, conditioning, ear pluck, nail trim and anal gland excretion. I was called within 2 hours and headed back to pick up my baby. She looked amazing and was immediately scheduled for a second booking in two months. I observed the other four legged clients and they were well cared for and treated with extreme kindness and patience. Let's support these two ladies making a dream come true, starting their own business and providing excellent service for our fur-babies!
