Dr Mr Sells took us in the afternoon same day. He looked our baby boy over and after blood work came back good, he said he could surgically remove his growths including the bleeding one. He made time on his schedule instantly and surgery was completed same day. After seeking out a second opinion I must say I am glad I did!!! My dog required a surgery that was rather expensive BUT the loving care he received the attention I myself received the time the Doctor took to explain my options and outcomes of each option. He has the nicest and caring staff. They always make you feel welcome! My dog who was first diagnosed as not having a very long life expectancy should now live pain free for years to come!! Recently visited Mowdy Ranch for the first time. It was an unexpected and great place to spend a…read morecouple of days. Great accommodations and very friendly hosts, Jerry and Melinda. ATV tours were easy, laid back and we learned such interesting things with Jerry's knowledge and experience with the Mustangs and ranch experiences. Not only did we see plenty of wild Mustangs, but also saw deer, wild pigs, geese, and White Egrets. The rooms were spacious, the community dining/relaxing entertainment area was fantastic and rustic but very modern. There was a sperate game room with pool table, bag games and more. The regular suite has two queen beds and is $100. ATV tour was $30 per person and is an absolute magical experience since you get to see the mustangs up close! Melinda and Jerry were wonderful and their atv tour was a hit with all the families and kids. :) Even had the pleasure of meeting a horse researcher who was on site one of the days. Dr. Emily was awesome!! It was fascinating to hear about her worldwide research on the horses and their behavior. Easy and relaxing weekend getaway from the Dallas area. It's less than 3 hours drive. Can't wait to go back next year!
