Because I live 30 minutes away and had to rush home to get my dog during peak rush hour traffic, I proactively called ahead to let them know I was running late. Instead of showing any understanding for a working person trying to get medical attention for their pet, they were completely rigid. They strictly enforced a "grace window" policy, entirely dismissing the fact that they still had a full hour left before closing at 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we called to ask about payment options, the staff treated my wife with an absolute lack of respect. Their only solutions were entirely unrealistic for the average working person. They flippantly told me to just "reschedule" (which isn't easy when you work until 5:30 PM every day) or suggested I drop my dog off at 7:30 AM and leave her there until 6:00 PM. Why would I trust an establishment to watch my dog all day when they've already made it clear they don't care enough to do what they can to see her? This place operates like a rigid corporate machine, not a veterinary clinic that cares about animals or the people who love them. If you work a regular job or expect to be treated with basic respect and empathy during a stressful time with your pet, look elsewhere. They clearly do not care.

Many spays/neuters were by the students, no trouble at all. They bend over backwards to accomodate my spays. Always very fine surgeries. I'm leaving a review to counter-act the bad review I read here by this "Elizabeth" supposedly from Yeager. She is a total PSYCHO. Don't believe this "Elizabeth". I know of several cats dumped in the countryside by this "Elizabeth", whose real name is Lorraine. I know of several perfectly healthy adoptable kittens that she had euthanized for no reason.
