I checked the dog in on line. Still had to wait 25 minutes to check him in while she took care of walk ins. Now instead of my 2 pm appointment it's 20 minutes after and the 1 hour time is now 3 because she is going to do all three dogs at the same time. And she wants a fucking tip??? Why am I making appointments showing up on time and still being made to wait??? Go somewhere else. read more

Took my dog in for her third grooming and each time, and they can't cut her nails because she pulls away and they are scared because she's a pit mix and her nails are black but I still get charged full price plus the extra services I selected. The extra service should have came with a bandanna or bow. I picked her up after 4 hours and it seems like she was just sprayed off with water and sprayed with dog perfume. Her teeth weren't brushed, glands expressed or nail trim/file. If your dog it's a pit or pit mix, take your bay to someone who knows what they are doing. They said they tried to do nails, but when I looked at her paws you can tell they didn't even try. read more

Horrible service on 6/1/25 for the Grooming service. I had 2 pugs to get washed and groomed and I asked for water for my dogs and they denied my pugs water and said "when we put them in the cage they'll get water." They needed rabies vaccine card and internet was not working so left and came back with the updated rabies vaccination and left. Came back 3 hours later that's how long it took. and I notice picking him up that his nails were sharp and split while I was leaving and asked that I payed for summer special and they said I didn't pay for it and I said that I did and they looked it up and said "oh yea you did, yea we did buff the nails" so I know right off the bat I got robbed and paid for something I didn't get. I told them they didn't and they are sharp and noticed that the hair was never combed out either because the hair on his neck was all puffed out and didn't have the cologne sprayed. So they sprayed them down and also they just handed me the handkerchiefs. I feel like they should've already had them on when I was picking up. So they definitely didn't do the extra package I paid for and now only that I got home and now we have fleas. Went the next day speak to a manager and she called his store manager and said "we provided services and will not refund you." They didn't provide the services and came back worse with split nails not buffed and fleas. They said that I can come back and buff the nails out. I don't trust going back with my dogs considering the first interaction was denying them water. read more

I took in my German Shepherd and Shiba Inu to get groomed today. They walked out of there looking and smelling amazing. They did an amazing job. Thank you so much to the whole staff. I scheduled a grooming appointment for my Pomeranian. I was asked to bring rabies vaccination record. No problem. I am between vets so I had her full vet record with me. They would not accept it. They said I could have written it because it didn't have the vets signature or a stamp on it. At no time did ANYONE say I needed something stamped or signed. If they had, I would have brought it. So I wasted my time, gas, and stressed my 11 year old dog out just to have to reschedule. I would recommend they be VERY specific regarding EXACTLY what they require before wasting their customers time. read more

Yay our very own Pet Smart. They have been open for several months now but I had to go a few times before reviewing. The store is pretty small but they have all the basic necessities along with a small fish and reptile area in the back of the store. Compared to their competitor Petco the employees are all very helpful and pet lovers. Everytime I go in with my dog they always stop and pet her and tell her how pretty she is. Yes she's a cutey. They give her snacks and make sure I am finding everything I need. The store is fully stocked with snacks, dog food, toys and accessories for all your pets. Prices are reasonable and if you sign up online you get great deals that can be used online and in store. read more

On Today my dog had an appointment. And it was not a good experience. This is the third time myself and my wife have gone to Petsmart and it was very unprofessional. I will no longer try and take my dog to the groomer at Petsmart. The groomers were unprofessionalAnd this is not the first time. They aren't honoring a coupon I used online that I used for a purchase online and pickup in store. Called my phone AFTER being told my order is ready for pickup only to be told it's being cancelled and if I want the item I'll have to purchase it in store to pickup. Highly disappointed in petsmart! Due to their high turnover rate we will no longer be a customer of this establishment. Today was the last day that we will be using this groomer. They let a rookie cut our yorkie today and it was horrible. Their poor service and lack of retention confirm that they are a window shop groomer. If you want your dog "cut" or your daughter to look like a son, by all means use them. If you want a good cut and a mindset your pet was taken care of by all means take a chance somewhere else and please let us know. read more

I took my kids here to get some food for my precious pooch Miranda and it was very fun for the kids to look at all the fish and birds. We ended up taking home 3 beta fish and 3 10 gallon tanks along with things for the aquariums, going here (if you don't buy anything) is much cheaper than the zoo and just as much fun! I will definitely be bringing my children back here and I take them on a field trips here. We actually had to go back in to get a replacement fish as my son Liam dropped his on the concrete and then a bird came and ate it. But we love our new fish and they are my children's best friends as they are homeschooled and don't have many friends besides church ones. I would highly recommend this establishment for all your pet needs and a fun family outing, my ex husband Ronnie used to love this place (RIP Ronny I love you forever) okay I'll be done now but definitely consider visiting this store! read more

Normally, I love this PetSmart. I have had my dog groomed there several times. Never had any issues. This morning, I had to wait in my car past my appointment time because my dogs groomer had not arrived yet. Upon walking in, both employees were not speaking to me. It was early in the morning, so I get it. When I returned and asked how my boy had done during his grooming, the employee told me without making eye contact that he had given her a hard time. I was surprised because normally they tell me the minute I walk in how good he was. My dog loves being groomed. She said he had fought her and tried to bite her while clipping his nails, so she did the best she could. My dog is very small and has never been violent with anyone. He does not meet a stranger and has never done more than nibble on anyone. I was shocked when she said this and slightly upset because his nails are the main reason I take him to the groomer. When I got into the car I inspected his nails further and found that his dewclaw was bleeding and bent at an odd angle. I am extremely upset and will not be returning for grooming. read more

I just took my dog Lily for a grooming at the Pet Smart on Garth Rd. I've been taking her for a couple of years. But this time I was so lucky to meet Crystal. When you talk to her you can tell right away how much she loves animals. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She did the most awesome job on Lily! I brought her in all sticky and dirty and a little matted and I was a little embarrassed. But she came back looking like a diva. Crystal was very kind and was excited about what she could do for her. I can tell that every square inch of her was combed thoroughly. She's trimmed neatly all over, her face shaped up. I can't believe what a beautiful comb out she did on her. Her nails, her pads, everything was perfect. If you take your dog to be groomed at this location you should ask for Crystal! read more

Sadly I couldn't leave PetSmart with 5 stars because of an employee there. Meagan was really rude to me when I was asking her about fish tanks. I came in another time and she came in the most unprofessional way I've ever seen. Try to snatch a small animal to hold from a customer then proceeding to tell her she didn't know how to care for it when I heard her tell her she was a breeder. Other wise compared to Petco the store is very clean and most of the other employs are very knowledgeable. Sorry for the 2 stars but it only takes one person to sink a ship. read more

I made an appointment to have have my Dog groomed here for the first time, and was very dissapointed with the Customer Service I received from Robyn. She idenitified herself several times as the salon manager. She was very rude, she kept interupping me when I was trying to speak to the stylist. I asked her serveral times to stop, and let me speak, but apparently that's something she was unable to Do. I was a Customer Service Manager for more than 13 years so I honestly could not believe the behavoir she was displaying. Terrible Customer Service Skills. It was so bad I actually decided not to leave my baby there. If she was treating me that way I can only imagine how she must treat the pets. As I was telling the stylist Julia who was very kind and understanding that I was sorry for wasting her time, I was trying to give her a tip when the Manger came up again and got in the middle of our conversation. I was in shock, at the point I asked her not to speak to me again, remined her I wasn't speaking to her and I left the store. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I would never shop or go there again. Petco is closer to my home anyway. read more

Wonderful place with excellent staff. Very knowledgeable from the aquarium staff to the checkout clerk, they were great.

I took my grandbabies there to buy them each a hamster for an early Christmas gift. We picked two out that were playing and running around in the same cage. I told the sales girl we will take them both. She asked if I had two cages at home and when I told her no only one fairly large cage she refused to sell me both because they can become dominant. She said I would have to purchase a second cage and then come back and get the other one. It upset my grandbabies and another thing I don't understand their policy because I could have bought one left the store and had someone else go in and buy the other one so I really don't understand their policy we then left and went down to Petco they had no problem selling us both hamsters, all the food and toys and things we need. Not only did they upset a good customer and my grandbabies they lost a good sale. I will no longer use PetSmart I will go to Petco. I did contact the store manager and he also informed me that that is not PetSmart's policy and he is not sure why she did that and that he will get to the bottom of it. Hopefully he will. For me it is too little too late I will not shop at PetSmart again Petco has everything I need very nice salespeople very helpful so that is where I will go from now on. It is not worth it when I can go right down the road and get treated like I should have been treated in the first place it is not worth the headache. read more
