Don't ever take your cat for grooming here in Green Bay. They are so rude it's unbelievable! I brought my rescue cat in for what was probably his first bath. I told them he was very good natured but didn't know how he would react to a bath. They said it would be a couple of hours so they could make sure he was totally dry. in about a half hour I got a call from the groomer and she yelled over the phone that we had to pick him up immediately and he was never welcome back because he bit her. She yelled that there was blood everywhere. When we arrived he was in his crate on the counter and still wet. The groomer came out with a small bandaid on her finger and continued yelling at us. She said he bit her when she turned the blow dryer on him. She told us that we were banned from the store(as if we'd ever come back) and also yelled that she was calling animal control on us (which I knew she couldn't do). Obviously she didn't understand cats at all. Later on I took him to a professional groomer at my vets and she told me that she would never ever turn a blow dryer on a cat. She told me that 90% of cats won't tolerate a blow dryer. In the past we have spent a lot of money at Petsmart for our other cat and have donated to every charity that they sponsored. Petco is our new go-to store and grooming will only be done by a professional at our vet. read more

Took my Maltese there for a grooming appointment. Dropped her off a few mins late so they put her on the table right away. Watched her through the glass for a few mins and left. 30 mins later Jamie the salon manager called and said she's bleeding on her ear. They finally stopped the bleeding but since she has an open sore. She needs to be picked up. They can't groom her. When I arrived they said she was bleeding when she came in. She scratched herself. In no way was she bleeding when she came in. She's white. I would have seen it. Also why wait 30 mins to call me and say she's bleeding. Would you have noticed when you looked her over upon her arrival. They obviously cut her ear when they started. No apologies from Jamie. Just that it was my fault it seemed. Please don't go here. I love my pet. Big brick and mortar stores don't have the kind of attention that small groomers have. Stay away from this place. read more

ugh. my fault for trying to give these groomers another shot Brought my Cockapoos in for wash and decided to have then trim the face. Charged me $50 for the upgrade package which wasn't needed, I never asked for. So the $30 + 10 wasn't what they charged. So a hundred dollars later they trimmed uneven and the cut is just what I disliked before when I brought them in for a face trim. Ugh. read more

An ok chain store choice for tropical fish, aquariums and support items. Have only dealt with two of their fish people so far. One was relatively pleasant but did not seem to be an aquarium enthusiast. The other kept questioning our choices, even though I was an experienced aquarium person. Both my daughter & I got the impression that we were "being talked down to." Because of this, we now patronize this store as a "last resort"-preferring it's sister store on the east side, or Petco (Or the local private aquarium stores). If we do stop here and see that "our person" is in charge of fish, we simply turn and leave. That said, when I had not done my homework first, I was not offered information on which fish thrive better in certain schooling numbers versus being by themselves or maybe with one other of their kind. Generally a good selection of fish are available. However selection dwindles quickly for popular unique species following there Wednesday delivery. For the beginner or novice fish keeper, display tanks include information on compatibility, aggressive versus non-aggression level, etc. Tanks are generally clean with a minimum of dead fish. "DOA's, Sinkers & Floaters"are not uncommon with chain stores, but at least this store keeps up on removing them from the tanks. read more

I did my puppy's training here and bought all kinds of supplies each day we went and stopped in many times. today I took a harness back that I had bought a few months ago. I never used it. it was too big. just kept forgetting to return it. well they couldn't find my name or number so I guess all those times I went all the money I spent wasn't important to them. I didn't want my money back just in store credit. Pet Plus is right down the road from them. Thats my new store and I will never step foot in PetSmart again read more

I was looking for a groomer for my newly adopted Chow Chow/Golden Retriever, Millie. I made an appointment conveniently online and brought her in that same day, whereas other places I called couldn't get her in for weeks. She had never been groomed before, and she is still very young and hyper so I wasn't sure what to expect. I dropped her off with Allie and when I came back a few hours later, I was so happy with the results! Millie looked amazing and she even got cute bows in her hair free of charge! I stop in to get my pet's food and supplies here. The store is tidy and it is easy to navigate to what you need. I almost always want to come home with a cat. It is great they offer the adoption section in the store I am sure it results in a ton of adoptions. Parking lot had a ton of parking and prices are reasonable. read more

We dropped our dogs off at 2. One had an appointment at 2 and the other at 3. They have the appointments for 3 hours. We came back at 6 and they hadn't even started one of our dogs. We literally told them we had plans at 7. They got done at around 6:40 and charged us full price. read more

Petsmart grooming is great and prices are just right. Melanie and Allie are wonderful groomers and Melanie has been taking care of our dog for years. Some people can go to work for a paycheck, but Melanie really cares about the pets she grooms. read more

Maybe I need a different groomer. I took my golden retriever in for grooming and did not recognize the dog I got back. They cut off all his beautiful feathering. Now he looks like an entirely different breed. Convenient , yes, but not a good job on my dog. read more
