Store is always clean. Staff is SUPER helpful! Groomers are great! Selection is phenomenal.

Drove an hour to get some more fish for my aquarium since it is the closest pet store to me. Unfortunately, the jerk working at the aquariums refused to bag up some fish for me. Why? Because I would not tell him my name. I never had to do it before. I do not recommend this store. read more

This pet store is phenomenal. The workers are kind and helpful and offer great suggestions of food, supplies, etc. We have used their grooming salon on 2 separate occasions now and have been incredibly pleased. Our dogs seem happy when we come to pick them up and the groomers share stories of how their day went, along with giving them a "report card." They listened to our wants and asked questions regarding our dogs' temperament, allergies, etc. We've used local groomers in the past and our fur babies seemed stressed when we picked them up and reluctant when dropping then off. It was so refreshing to receive a kind greeting each time we've been. They also offered us an upgrade as a thank you which was very generous and thoughtful and they sent us pictures of our dogs whike they were getting a cut. Thanks for taking such good care of our "children!" You have definitely earned our repeat business and we will send others your way! read more

Pet Smart was great today!! I met the nicest dog trainer there. We discussed at length the issues my dog is having and she spent a lot of time helping us sort through some of our thoughts on how to help the little one. Petsmart has nice assortment and we discovered they price match to chewy.com and amazon.com. I love a good price match. We have been in a couple of times and the staff has been friendly and helpful both times. I signed up for their loyalty program but I'm not sure what the benefits are for doing that. read more

Terrible customer service. Worse experience I have ever witnessed in PetSmart. My fiancé and I were eager to adopt a cat from this store. No one was around too greet or help us with meeting the cat. After looking around the store to find an employee to wait on us, we were told that we could not adopt due to cleaning for the day. Which was two hours before closing. I also must mention we were lied too about the ages of the cats on the phone and the closing hours. Needless to say, this PetSmart location has lost my business read more

We recently switched from a groomer who'd done my pup since she was a baby to PetSmart. This is the best she's ever looked! I didn't know what an excellent groom looked like till now, and didn't even know it! Summer did my pup this time, and the attention to detail was amazing!!! After waiting and watching two workers make eye contact and walk right pass me, I approached a male cashier that was standing at the counter and asked if he could get me crickets. He was kind and said he could. Unfortunately, when I got home he twenty crickets I paid for are only eleven and two of those are dead!! read more

I have always had good experiences here, but now today during a fish tank sale and demonstraion event(very busy) I was a approached by an employee who i havent ever seen before who claimed to be a manager. (Jacob) he said he had complaints about me "hovering" sorry im waiting until 3 o'clock for your fish tank giveaway its currently 2:33. I watched this same employee raise his voice and cuss at a fellow employee infront of customers. I spend a lot of money in this store, petco will bw getting my buisness from now on. read more
