Dr. Tracey literally yelled at me stating, "don't tell me what you have, tell me how you feel, you're not the doctor." I'm old enough to have seen scores of doctors in my lifetime and was absolutely shocked by how I was treated. She also belittled my wife who is a registered nurse that spent 7 years in the ICU, is trained in critical care, and is currently an OR nurse. After berating me for "self-diagnosing" I asked if she had read my chart before seeing me. Dr. Tracy admitted that she had not. Had she read my chart she would have seen that two of the issues I was discussing were documented in my chart. My wife and I are well educated, but it does't take a medical degree to know when your intestine is sticking out of your abdominal wall. Hernias are generally described as "self diagnosable"... When the receptionist at the clinic scheduled my appointment, I was told that I should plan to be there for an hour because it was my first time seeing this doctor. Dr. Tracy ended the visit abruptly, stating that she does not do appointments that lass more than 30 minutes. Very disappointing...

I never feel like she is in a hurry. She explains things very well and is very maticulas with the exam and questions. She has a background in sports medicine and really knows her anatomy.
