Billie would not answer the phone nor emails nor texts. I don't know if she sold the company or had a stroke or died or what. she had been very personal and if high moral values but it all disappeared I had to have my bank block the monthly charges since I have received no access to tv for several months. if Billie turned the company over to someone they just take the money and offer no access and state Thankyou for your payment.
