Pev's is a great family outing for people of all ages. The staff is friendly and it's a fun way to do something different for a few hours. It's helpful that you can sign waivers in advance, which cuts down on check-in time - make sure everyone in your group does it! Even with that, checking in can be slow - seems to really depend on how many groups are arriving at once and staff available. We waited in line for 20 minutes yesterday until someone finally came to check us in (and then she gently scolded us for not arriving on time ). Groups are assigned a guide for the time you're there, which is a big help, especially if you've got a bunch of newbies. As ours, Connor, said good-naturedly, his role is essentially herding. Much better him than me! It really helped to keep us moving and taking advantage of our time there, as well as trouble-shooting when rules were unclear or equipment malfunctioned. My advice if you're going for the first time is try to have all of your group there at the designated check-in time and bring snacks! There's a snack bar, but it's nice to have water and nourishment while on the courses. Have fun!

Spacious, well-designed, multi-field battlegrounds for all-skill levels. Price: varies based on discounts/coupons/groupon, group pricing, private parties. Standard base for public walk on is $50 per day that includes rental equipment (gun, mask) and a bag of paintballs Fields: from urban to logs to inflatables to woods. There's a lot of space, a lot of fields and so a lot of opportunity for fun. The fields do appear to be maintained quite well. Nice meticulous layout. Equipment: rental tippmans were in decent condition. No complaints. Staff: super friendly and helpful

Aside from casually shooting in the backyard, this was my first time going paintballing at an actual establishment. My friends and I went there on a steamy Saturday morning. Pev's is pretty easy to find, and the parking is plentiful. When we arrived, it wasn't super crowded yet, but there was already a group playing in one of the fields. We signed our waivers, got our equipment, went through a 3-minute safety briefing and was on our way into the field to join the others. For a steamy hot Saturday, I wasn't expecting that many people to be out paintballing, but to my surprise, there was a pretty sizeable group. We started at maybe 60 people total, and by the time we left, the group was easily 80+ because we played 39 v. 42 at one point. In my opinion, the teams were way too large. Each game easily lasted 45 minutes with 15-minute rest/breaks in between. They have several fields and I think which field you play on is dependent on the size of the group and what type of game is played. I was disappointed that they didn't divide the large group into two smaller groups, but perhaps they were understaffed. After all, I only saw two guys running the game for this huge group. There were other fields for airsoft as well. In the 'dead zone' (the area where everyone met up before/after each game), there was a water cooler, which was nice, and some tables and benches to rest on. Here are my takeaways... Pros: Rentals are in pretty good condition, several fields, fields are well-maintained, plenty of parking, plenty of seating/picnic benches, good for groups Cons: Can get really crowded, seemingly unmanageably large groups, understaffed, grouchy/unenthusiastic staff

Came here with my friends. Not only were we harassed in front of little kids who came for party by staff, we were robbed. My gun broke and I asked for an assessment. They loaned me a gun for free ... and I asked to clarify that was the case. They proceeded to fix the gun without my permission and charge me for rental fees on top of that. When I disputed the repair costs, the staff took the gun to the back and "re-broke" it. Management did not intervene. The staffer proceed to physically threaten me to "take it outside". In the end, I agreed to pay the rental fees ... nothing more. I came home and saw that they not only charged me for the rental, they charged me for the repair! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST ... NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Clear cut directions, very fair referees and it'd a nice family friendly place. The safety here is the biggest concern for the employees so I really appreciate that especially for a newbie like myself read more

PEVs Is a good place to go! I would recommend this park to anyone. It has multiple fields and various guns to rent. I would suggest renting the basic equipment and buying 500-1000 paintballs if you've never gone before. Paint can go fast and air refills are free. Games are usually 15-20 minutes with a 10-15 minute break in between as this allows you you to get refilled if necessary back at the facility. Fields range from log, stone, building, and trailer settings and all are fun. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to diagnosing gun issues as well. I went on a Groupon deal and wasn't disappointed. It took a few games to get into the routine of how they operate. I can't be somewhat chaotic if you do the public admission but larger personal groups tend to be better as their is dedicated attention. Also, PEVs offers a generous military discount off of pretty much everything so take advantage of extra paintballs or gear! read more

A group of my friends and I purchased a Living Social deal to go to Pev's ($60 for two, all day pass). We arrived at 11:00am and did not actually play our first game of paintball until about 12:45pm. We got a pointless safety briefing, then were sent off to a field with over 60 people waiting to play. After they refs put tape on your arm to differentiate between the teams (30 minute process) we finally were sent on our way to play. Mind you, they changed the color of the tape at least 4-5 times throughout the day. That said, this was the most unorganized Paintball Park I had ever been too. The park/fields were overcrowded, the refs were all clueless teenagers, and the experience was simply just not enjoyable. Games lasted for 10 minutes, and no winner or loser was ever declared for the battles, the refs just ended the battles and restarted them. NO real competition existed at the park whatsoever. The rules were not enforced. They had 5-6 different fields to play on, but only allowed people to play on two of them due to the lack of refs on duty. Overall, it was just a terrible experience and I, nor any of the group of 16 people I went with enjoyed our time here. This place should be run by competent adults. I would not rec commend this place, rather I would recommend either the Paintball Park in Taneytown, or Bowie, MD. Stay away from Pev's. Not worth it, at all. read more

My second trip to Pev's and we had an amazing day. We had a group of 4 of us and we played a couple games with a big group of walk ons. We then managed to get on the air ball field. We played there for the next 5 hours. It was amazing! We used a couple of the fields electronic markers and they were really nice. Paint and field prices were fair. Purchased a new mask, and staff helped me get it set up and ready to go. Field staff was super helpful and very kind. Can't wait until we get to come back and play again. read more

I visited pevs paintball park today for the first time in years. I had been there for a tournament or two many years ago. The pro shop was filled with everything you need and the staff was friendly. There was plenty of parking and a nice large sign on the main road so you couldn't miss it. There were plenty of people there playing all sorts of games. I believe both airsoft and paintball. I just played paintball. Great field. Great experience. I recommend Pevs to anyone. read more

It looks like a cool place generally, but my review is based on their "Terrorville" operation, and their zombie paintball hayride - which is my only experience with Pev's. I got a flyer for this event in my windshield at a zombie 5k run, and really looked forward to attending. I drove all the way from Silver Spring, Maryland and invested a Saturday evening. There were a total of TWO zombies, standing side by side, on the entire walk (at least from my side of the wagon). The wagon had around 20 people howling with disappointment and disgust, as we were told "ride's over!" and shepherded off. Since there was no one to complain to, we left. The "Walk of Terror" wasn't bad for that sort of thing, but this is a paintball place... If anyone from Pev's is reading this, an apology and refund would be appropriate. We found no adults to complain to at the time. read more

I have gone there once...never again. The ref's are not concerned with safety at all. About 4 games into playing, the refs ask if everyone had chrono'ed...me and my friend had, but almost no one else did. I few of the younger people player left for lunch when they decided to test the guns, then came back when it was over. A few others were shooting over 300 - 315...If you are not aware, thats enough to break a mask. The ref's are very poor at calling people out too. I was shot so many times trying to walk off the field, the ref's do nothing and should all be replaced. If you rent your equipment, I would assume that is safe, anything I found unsafe was with the refs dealing with the people who have their own equipment. I do love the fields, they are setup really well. Overall though...if it is not safe to play, I would never recommend anyone to go there. Edit (Oct 25, 2015): I have since gone here a few more times and the refs have gotten much better. I still see people not chrono their guns, but it isn't as bad. The refs help people off the fields better and it was a lot of fun. The store inside actually has pretty good prices as well. Buying new equipment it is fairly cheap. read more

A painful experience for my child who ended up having a miserable time on what was supposed to be a fun day. Little advance guidance on proper attire. From my experience, its not very well managed. There is a potential for injury, and they make you sign a waiver waiving most rights. Since the chance of injury is significant, I suggest finding a more professionally-run paintball park. read more
i'm going to be feeling my paintballing experience tomorrow... but in a good way. i've been once nearly a decade ago, so it's fair to say that i'm rusty and definitely still very much a paintball novice. but with the group of friends i was with, i was clearly the expert since no one else i went with have ever actually seen what a paintball looks like. that being said, i think after some initial apprehension and anxiety at being completely embarrassed after being shot up by a bunch of pre-teens who spend their summers running from tree stump to plywood houses to strategically placed rocks, we all ended the day a bit bruised, a bit muddy, definitely extremely sore, but still very much satisfied but a good time out. it's a bit far from dc and to be expected, food and equipment at the field is a bit pricy, but that's what you get at any onsite location. but overall, just enjoy yourself while letting out some aggression. read more

The bad first: Playing paintball there was a blast. My friends and I walked on using a groupon, and played with 15 or so other strangers. But I would say of the 4 hours we were there, we actually played paintball for a total of 25 minutes. Its run by high school kids who, as expected, are nice, but dont really give a shit. After a 5 minute game, we would go back to the 'safezone' to reload or get a drink of water, etc. and getting back on the field for a second game would take 10 to 15 minutes. It was super super frustrating to have a blast for 5 minutes, then watch people just sit around and shoot the breeze/do nothing for ages before we played again. Next time I go I tihnk ill nudge the kid aside and say 'hey ill organize this, you just relax' so I can do what i drove an hour to do, play paintball, and not watch him and his coworkers twittle their thumbs for a collective 3 hours. All that aside, the fields were a ton of fun, the prices weren't bad at all, and the facility was just fine. I just wish I didnt have to watch pre teens play grabass for 15 minutes between every game. read more

Such an incredible experience every time I play. Love this park and the refs are top notch.

Not bad. While the potential is there and it's obvious how much effort the staff puts in, the management is lacking. I played on New Year's Day and was told they were unprepared for the number of players. We spent more time between games hanging out in the dead zones than we did playing. Very, very large groups of players overcrowded on small courses; long delays while first one, and then another ref would walk up and announce he's recounting the teams and direct us to divide up left and right and then another kid would walk up behind him and do his own count after having us split up again (over and over). A game would end and we'd be standing around looking for a ref to announce where we're playing next. Maybe I'm dating myself (my first paintgun was a Nelspot, and the Phantom was new, and the Tippmans that Pev rents out today had just been announced in the magazines), but the bottom line is you can't move large groups of people through any sort of fun or amusement activity when it's 16 yr old kids in charge. And that's what we had, according to the refs I talked to. No idea who was in charge. Again, we had fun, but that was while we played. We spent half our time waiting to play. read more

Booked a birthday party for my son here (he's 11) and the team there went above and beyond to help us make it a good day, despite a light drizzle. Very organized, and professional. This review relates to a PeeWee Paintball party specifically. My son and his friends (mostly 6 and 7 years old) had a fantastic time. Our helper, Justin, was amazing with the kids and knew how to engage them and get them to recover after getting shot. They all want to go again, some of them wanted to go back the very next day. That said, my kids always have parties at a venue and usually they are much easier to navigate. We got our helper after we signed in but I had to stand in line three times to get it all sorted out. Here are some things that aren't quite explained on the web page that might help a first timer. -There is no special contact for a birthday party - you need to go to the regular line to register. Collect all of the waivers for you group and present when checking in so you can collect the wristbands for everyone. The lines can be long on the weekends. - Inform the parents they need to sign a spectator waiver (even for PeeWee) to go back and watch or take photos. - There is no party room included in the birthday party, you have to reserve separately if you don't want to use the picnic tables available. There were plenty of tables and the weather was fantastic, but this may be a concern if it's chilly or rainy. - The hour of paintball ends about ten minutes early (to return equipment) - helpful if you want to get out there for a final group shot. Definitely recommend for an active outdoor birthday party! read more
First and foremost, it would be in your best interest to buy paint in one of their many pro shops before coming here to play. You HAVE to use PEV'S PAINT. Don't buy paint from anywhere else and expect to be able to play. They charge $80-90 for a box of paint. Might be a little less. I just remember it was pretty pricey. A box of paint would usually last all day for two people. You can buy paint at the shop for a much cheaper price (~$50 give or take). I'm told you can also preorder paint but I haven't tried yet that so I can't comment too much on that. This place is by far my favorite paintball park I've been to in my area. They cater to airball (w/ the inflatable bunkers) and speedball (relatively clear flat fields with bunkers). The fields are pretty big and can play 12+ people. The airball fields can probably play 10. 7v7 games would be kind of pushing it I'd think, but that could be fun in its own way too. They're generally pretty simple and balanced so you don't have to worry about being overwhelmed because the opposing team has the side that's more advantageous. Another nice luxury that the field offers is free water in each of the dead zones. Take advantage of it. The refs all seem to be young kids, but they try their best to keep things organized. Some are laid back and others are pretty strict, but they all stress safety. Masks can only come off when you're in a dead zone and barrel socks can only come off when you're in a game. The refs will yell and scream at you if you do otherwise. Some of the players will too. Don't take it too personally though. If there are people with electronic guns, the refs will try to divide them up to keep the teams fair. If there are a lot of people with electronic guns, the refs will separate them from the people with rentals to keep it fair. This makes everyone happy. The field also has a pro shop on location that will sell you most everything you'll want and need except paint at the discounted price that I mentioned earlier. I think they can fix your guns too if you need them to. Just drop it off and they'll call you when it's done a few days later. If you decide to rent a high end gun, this is where you go to pick it up after you pay at the window. It's $25 more, but if you got the money, it's worth it. Be certain to get some extra pods of paint too because you'll probably need them whether you rent a high end gun or not. My only issue with this field is that if you do walk-on, time between games can get very long. People come in and out and the refs have to re-divide the teams again and again. It can become frustrating. If you want to play airball, it's a question of having enough airballers to play. Sometimes there is, sometimes there isn't. Just luck of the draw. Worth noting: There is a large gap in skill among the players who come here. They're either very new or veterans to the sport. It's best not to judge the book by its cover on this one because some people just have more money than they know what to do with and buy a whole lot of gear. In any case, the worst thing about new players is that they are afraid of getting shot so they hide in the back or try to shoot people 100 yards away. It doesn't work that way. You have to get in close. In addition to that, when some of them do happen to get shot, they don't want to leave so they wipe and continue. I don't mind this too much. If you want to get shot again, many people would be happy to oblige. It's against the rules though so don't do it. Also, the new people who want to attack but don't want to get shot like to reach their guns out around corners and shoot blindly without exposing themselves. This is also against the rules, usually ineffective, and it can be pretty dangerous if they happen to shoot someone inside a building point blank in the back. The refs try to control these things but there's usually only 1-2 refs trying to keep an eye on 20+ people without getting pummeled in the crossfire. Not an easy job. In summary: The new people will play badly. Try your best to be patient. Although it would be nice if they would put into effect some sort of punishment system. Execution style or something. Stop breaking the rules, you pansies. read more

I went to PEV's Paintball couple years ago (February 2016?) as my first time playing paintball. Yet, it was one of the worst experience ever. I have not played paintball ever since this bad experience. Me and my group of friends came with a very nice groupon deal. It was so far a great experience until we started playing after receiving rentals. One of the ref was this very tall, skinny guy, probably one of the tallest staff there. I wish I have gotten his name because he was one of the most RUDE staff. His voice did not have a very nice tone when he went over the rules with his other two staffs. He instructed everyone to put on mask unless you are in the rest zone for safety. Everything looked fair so far. First few games, staff reminded everyone, and checked everyone's mask before making a move zone to zone. There were a lot of people who were playing paintball for the first time. When they forgot to put on mask by mistake, warnings were given. The tall ref guy aggressively warned everybody that he will cut off your wristband if you ever fail to put on the mask outside the rest zone. Next game, he tells everyone to move to a different zone without checking or reminding to put on their mask. I was only following instructions and I was caught without my mask outside the zone. One of the other female ref cut off my wristband with a knife and tells me I'm done for the day. This ONE GAME, refs forgot to remind everyone to put on mask so I forgot mine and ONLY I am penalized. They were the ones who failed to check everyone's safety before moving to a different zone. So why exactly am I penalized for their mistake? I have brought it up to other staffs who understood my point and talked to the tall ref guy. He then aggressively blames me for not following his warning. I immediately argued back that he is the one who failed to follow his procedure. All he said was "It doesn't matter". The guy spoke like he cared about safety earlier, but he clearly didn't care because he wasn't taking responsibility of his failure to follow the safety procedure. He was full of excuses and he was yelling at me for his mistake. Really? His mistake doesn't matter and it's all my fault? I would have given zero star but I am giving one for other staffs who tried to emphasize my situation. I DID NOT do any dangerous act and I was penalized by tall ref guy because he was too lazy to check everyone's safety and got too tired of giving warnings about masks. I saw bunch of other people getting their wristband cut off after me. My group left this park only after like 5 games, all extremely dissapointed. Please make sure staffs are responsible who take ownership of their act. Most importantly, take care of customers. What a waste of money for me and my group. He ruined my paintball experience and other people that were playing. read more

I enjoy playing at PEV'S. I find the fields to be clean and well laid out and the refs have always been good. I would give 5 stars except for 1 criticism. My complaint is that the field is not private game friendly. I set up quite a few games for work and friends and must go to other fields due to their ability to only handle (and price) birthday parties versus a group with their own equipment. Sometimes we just want our own ref and to shoot our friends. read more

Pev's Park in Aldie is one of the most beautiful paintball fields I've ever played in. Amazing scenery all around and excellent fields as well. The manager of the place is a very cool guy and customer service is OK on non-busy days. There are plenty of fields and they're all well built. Each one has a break shelter close by where you can leave your gear instead of having to go back to your car every time you need something. They also keep water there, crucial in the Summer! Rentals are more expensive than in other fields and require that you use their paint which adds to the cost but that's because they're still paying off the property and trying to expand. They could use more cashiers on busy days and more mature ref's but overall nice place! read more

Pev's Paintball Park is the ultimate outdoor recreation park in the Washington, DC area, less than 30 miles from the nation's capital in Aldie, VA. Paintball war games are a thrilling and exciting game of capture-the-flag where friends, family, and coworkers of all ages, male or female, can play a heart pounding game of paintball. Paintball is a mix of capture-the-flag and chess played between two teams. Each team attempts to capture the opposing team's flag, while avoiding being tagged with a "splat" of washable paint. Games are played on specially designed fields with natural terrain, man-man bunkers, barricades, obstacles, buildings, and compounds. We provide all the playing and safety equipment needed for a fun, exciting day of paintball or customers can bring their own personal paintball equipment. No minimum group needed to play. Bring your friends, bring your entire company, or simply come alone and mix in with players already there that are all in different skill levels.

Is 250 bullets sufficient for first time boys age 8-11 low impact paintball or the 500?
Most kids get so excited and tend to use more. I would recommend the 500.
When are you guys doing Airsoft? And if so is it like public or is it only for parties...
Yes, we do airsoft every Saturday and Sunday. Thank you and Happy 4th.
Is the park geared more towards paintball or airsoft?
Slightly more towards Paintball since we’ve been doing Paintball for 30 years but we’ve definitely increased our Airsoft since we have done that for the last seven years.

This place SUCKS !!! What a bunch of hacks!!! We came here with three people to play air soft everyone who works here has such a bad attitude!! So rude !! This place is a big money making scheme!! Went with three kids to play air soft and all three had their own equipment. Well everything we had was a problem and we had to rent a bunch of crap just to play after we already paid the fee to play for the day. So now we are into this place for 250 dollars and we haven't played a match yet. they mAde us rent a gun because one of the kids had a gun that the fps was to high( I totally get that) but they don't check your gun till you walk all the way to the playing field then they send you back to rent a gun.so when I went to rent the gun for 30 dollars it didn't even come with any bbs but u bet your ass they will sell you some....So Don't even waste your time coming here unless you want to spend a shitload of money and be treated like a piece of shit by everyone especially the little punks that are the referees what a bunch of tool bags I guess that's the appropriate attitude you have when your career is you work at an air soft/paintball business. This place is so ghetto the employees wear the companies t shirts and they have masking tape on the front and back with their names written on the tape with pen (wow high class shithole) I only put one star because the girl at the Check in was nice didn't know to much but nice eveyone else was a bunch of losers!!!! More toes than teeth at this place read more

Pev's is a great place to play paintball and airsoft!!! I play both and find that the shop, facilities, refs, and over all staff are AMAZING! I'm a " regular" customer that loves going back again and again! Safety: Safety most be pev's first word in their dictionary. Nothing comes between safety and pev's. Facilities: The maps are mostly made for paintball, but that's ok because it's a paintball park ;). The best part is that they're still building (I think)!!!! Overall the maps are great and I would love to see more maps for both airsoft and paintball. Refs: The refs are great and very knowledgeable! Yes, sometimes you might catch them on a bad day, but for the most part they're great! To pev's: I love to play at your facilities, but I'm sad to see that you've moved refs around. I think it was great to have refs with vast knowledge in their respective areas that helped first time players, intermediate players, and sometimes experts ( and carry on a conversation with them). So please please don't take our refs because if other players care about the refs as much as I know and see... there's a lot of people who'll miss them. In particular one ref was moved recently and I would love it if you moved him back. read more

just wanna say my husband, kids and I love coming to Pev's on the weekends together! Not only is it fun for us but our kids too when they come! The staff is great! For having such a young staff I think the refs are amazing! They are engaging and fun to have on the fields! I enjoy playing with new and experienced players it's a lot of fun! It's great for any level of experience. As a newer player I have learned so much playing with all ranges of experience! The more you play the more you learn, the better you get! I would love to give a huge shout out to Jovani he is one of best referees we have had! He talks to guest he is engaging, helpful if there is a problem on the field! If you are looking for a good family day I highly suggest this place! Yes paintball hurts, yes you will get messy with paint and yes you will get bruises it's the name of the game! But it's all in fun don't ever forget that! Just remember you paid to get shot and to shoot other people. I just want to also point out since there are some people who can't read it states you will be mixed in with mixed levels of experience. Also I would like to point out for $10 more you can have an upgraded rental and I highly recommend doing so! read more

I had my son's 10th Birthday Party here and it was an amazing experience. My son was so happy that teared up from his appreciation. All 11 of his friends that were with him now want their party here. The Pevs staff went above and beyond to provide such a great experience that my son will have memories he will always remember. I was unsure at first because the cost was a little more than i planned to pay for his birthday but the words from my son afterwards "you're the best mom ever" made it worth and i would have paid more to see him so happy. The staff treated my son like a VIP and he felt so cool in front of his friends. My son is already asking for his next party to be at Pevs. There wont be many birthdays left that my son will let me plan as he gets older but this party created such a great memory for me as a mother that i will always be glad i chose to have his party here. My only tip would be to not choose the package with the least amount of paintballs as these boys ran out quickly. Overall, fantastic place, awesome and friendly staff, but plan for your kids to get dirty. read more

This is the best airsoft and paintball park I have ever been to. I grew up playing paintball for about 20 years and switched over to airsoft about a year ago. The airsoft group is so down to earth, friendly, neighborly, and cool. It is a blast to play with them and talk to them when we are setting are gear up in between matches. If you love paintball definitely play here. If you love airsoft and want to hangout with the most chill airsofters known to man, while playing some of the most interesting game types like protect the vip, then you will have found your new airsoft home. I go every other week with a group of 7. I recommend if this becomes your hobby that you get the annual membership. It is worth every penny! :-) read more

Best paintball field in the DMV area hands down. I've been playing since I was 10 years old(1997) and have played Hogback Paintball, NR, SMP, VAG, Pevs @ AG and of course, the current Pevs. None of the other fields in the area offer the same experience that Pev's does. Pev's has a number of different "maps" that allow all players the opportunity to experience paintball from just about every scenario possible. Their speedball field is top notch and the turf is very well taken care of. Todd runs the pro shop and answers any/all questions you might have about the equipment they offer in such great detail so that anybody who may purchase equipment there knows exactly what they are getting and how to take care of it. read more

I've been playing at Pevs since I started playing the game. Fantastic experience any time I go. Their concessions are fairly priced and always open. They offer different packages and upgrades for walk on play. Various types of fields to play on such as xball, a town simulated field, fortress, logs. different types. Refs are friendly and always willing to help. The pro shop is always stocked with your paintball needs and they can help you with any issues that you may have with your marker or mask. Ill go to other fields because my friends want to try them out, but Pevs is always my go to. customer base is usually pretty friendly in my experience as well. If you want paintball, Pevs is the way to go! read more

PEVS is the place to play. Virginia has a lot of paintball/air soft fields, but PEVS in NOVA is a leader in how to run a field. PEVS offers a lot of options besides the conventional PB and AS. Their low impact options is great for kids, first timers, and groups. They store their products in a climate controlled pro shop. This may seem like a duh thing to do, but majority of fields lack the infrastructure to do this. This means the gear, paint, and pellets will always work and shoot straight. I have been playing paintball since 1994 and PEVS is the field to beat. The gear and the staff are excellent, and the prices are great. read more

I visited Pev's with a large military group. Pev's worked with us on every aspect of our visit, even accepting a cancellation late the day before (due to weather) and rescheduled us immediately. Pev's worked to make sure that we had a great time: from the ease of gear distribution to a generous pricing structure for our large group, to a dedicated cadre of referees who made everything happen easily. The fields are incredible, the prices are great, and the staff is excellent. We will certainly return. Only recommendation to Pev's is to have the CO2 tanks more readily available out in the field. Other than that, excellent work. read more

I've been playing at Pev's since they opened in 2008. They have a well stocked proshop, a large number of fields and a good number of refs. They also attract a large crowd on the weekends and it leads to great games. They do an excellent job of making sure private groups and rental players have an enjoyable time. Discounts are offered for Vets and Law Enforcement personnel and if you buy an VIP pass you can save a ton of money on registration and paint costs. Highly recommended! read more

Found this place in summer of 2017. My 10-year-old son was interested in paintball, and everyone at Pev's has been great. The pro shop takes the time to answer every question he has. The refs and other customers are great. And several of the customers take and post YouTube videos and they always take the time to talk to my son (Casey-props to you for all you do). Had his 10th birthday party here in November 2017. All in, a great operation that I'm happy to support. read more

We took my 11 year-old son and his friends to Pev's for a birthday party; everyone had a great time. The staff member we worked with was fun and engaging. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure that the kids knew how all of the equipment worked and how to be safe without talking down to them. We did low-impact paintball since the kids are younger and they enjoyed the chance to do something a little more exciting than laser tag without TOO much pain! read more

Always a good time!!! The staff has been helpfull and professional every time we have went. Have played multiple times as a walk-on with my boys and have organized private parties as after season events for my baseball team. I'd say to those who mentioned in reviews that they're having problems with the staff... 'you are probably not following the park rules'. read more

Pev's Paintball is in my opinion, the best paintball park in the country! They have 14 playing fields, awesome events, and cool game modes! I would highly recommend going to Pev's Paintball for a great family experience and they have great parties too. The staff is always great and they do everything that they can to make sure that you have a great time! read more

Played my first games there in mid 90s, same long time ownership, great staff, what paintball is all about. Great field selection, ONLY place in the area to play true woodsball fields. Very thankful this field hasnt folded like VAG and AG. Wont find the cocky, unskilled "tournament" level 14-19 year olds that run rampant at other neighboring fields. read more

Pevs Paintball is the best paintball field in the DMV area. Guaranteed a good time for both new players and experienced players. Well organized, very friendly staff and well stocked with all sorts of good gear. They even have .50 cal (lower impact, doesn't hurt nearly as much as standard .68 cal paintballs) perfect for younger and first timers. read more

A few days ago, I went paintballing with some friends, and Jovani served as our referee. I have visited other paintball facilities in the past, and this was by far the best experience I have had. Jovani was exceptional and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and professionally. read more

Dishonest. Took a marker in for repairs. After the $100+ repairs, the marker immediately malfunctioned again. Only at this point did the guy at the shop tell me that the marker was a "dinosauric" technology and it would continue to break. He should have told me that from the beginning. read more
