I will not recommend working with Peyton or her team as you can see they will deny working with you. However to my luck after I decided to move on and find a Fairway team elsewhere ( The butcher team) I was able to find my house within a month of leaving Peyton and her team. We worked with Peyton and her team on a refinance and had an amazing experience! I'm pretty skeptical when I see a business with so many 5 star reviews. I assume the reviews are faked somehow. But with Peyton and her team, I can confirm that they are indeed 5 star worthy. We just closed with Peyton for the second time. We chose to go with her and her team again because of the positive experience we had the first time around. This is way more than I can say for our builder's lender who we had to prequalify with for our new home.
