We just closed with Peyton for the second time. We chose to go with her and her team again because of the positive experience we had the first time around. Peyton's team is incredibly well organized and knowledgeable. They were on the ball with every stage of the process. There was nothing that was unclear or fell through the cracks. This is way more than I can say for our builder's lender who we had to prequalify with for our new home. Peyton reworked our loan late in the process to save us money...a move that actually created more work for her. We felt like she had our back and our closing process went very smoothly.
