I will not recommend working with Peyton or her team as you can see they will deny working with you. However to my luck after I decided to move on and find a Fairway team elsewhere ( The butcher team) I was able to find my house within a month of leaving Peyton and her team. We just closed with Peyton for the second time. We chose to go with her and her team again because of the positive experience we had the first time around. Peyton's team is incredibly well organized and knowledgeable. They were on the ball with every stage of the process. There was nothing that was unclear or fell through the cracks. This is way more than I can say for our builder's lender who we had to prequalify with for our new home.
