It didn't take long to get them on the phone and agree on a fair price for the tow. And the driver? Arrived in 20 minutes. I don't think I've ever had a tow truck reach me so quickly. Plus, he was personable at a time when people usually aren't - just ask the clowns I called for help before I got their number. Needing a tow is right up there with a good root canal. But when you need a tow truck just north of Louisville, C&J's Towing is as good as they come.

The car is an older 2006 Nissan Sentra and i was worried that the damage might be more than what the car is worth. That scared me because thats our only running vehicle at the time, but he worked with and now we're able to get it back. The most frustrating part is I left him a list and ask him to call me when he got to the shop so I could clarify what I wanted done, which he didn't because "he didn't have time." Just not a whole lot of respect for a new customer. He doesn't work on tires or underneath the dashes which were not communicated to me beforehand. He changed the oil and the serpentine belt when it didn't even need it. For charging 100 dollars an hour for service that was unwarranted, I wouldn't reccomend creech auto.

Only reason I'm giving a 2 star instead of one is technically my truck is running now. I drove thru…read morea mud hole and sucked water up thru the intake. This caused the engine to hydrolock. I was in the LBL area when this happened. Towed my truck to the closest shop. It happened to be this one. Was told that I would need to replace the engine. I found one and had it shipped to him with all the other parts needed. He kept pushing back the date it would be done week after week. It got to the point where he had my truck for 60 days and had the new engine for over 30 days before he started on it. Finally when he is done with the engine swap he texts me at 8:30pm telling me it's going to cost more than what he quoted. He was the one that diagnosed that the engine was locked up and need to be replaced. So he knew exactly how hard it would be to replace when preparing the quote. The jump in price at the end once I brought that up was the fact that he was going to have to check my transmission and rear end for water damage. I drove thru a mud hole. The rear end was in water for 10 seconds before it was sitting on dry land again. It also is a Sealed housing. Same with my transmission. My truck comes with a sealed transmission. There isn't even a dipstick to check trans fluid. There is 0% chance of water being in my sealed transmission and rear ends but this guy thought he could scam me out of another 300 dollars. When I arrived to pick up the truck. The newest scam this guy trying was saying I had a leak in my AC system. In July of this year while I was in Colorado I had the ac compressor replaced. To do this they have to pull a vacuum and remove the freon before replacing the compressor. Then after the repair they recharge the system with what they pulled out. If at anytime there was a leak like he said there was they would not have been able to recharge the system. What really happened was the new engine needed the ac compressor from my old engine. He removed the high and low pressure lines to do this without pulling the vacuum first. Thinking he can just shoot some Freon once done. Then he noticed my truck takes 1234yf the 2016 and newer stuff that has different fittings and is insanely expensive. So instead he said it was like that before. I didn't want to age with this shady shadetree mechanic. As soon as I left I went to AutoZone and picked up a can of 1234yf to charge it. When I started charging it. I saw the leak. He forgot to tighten up the high and low pressure lines going to my ac compressor. I pulled out a 13mm socket. Tightened up the lines and charged the system. Then soapy water checked all connections and fittings for leaks. There were none. He just didn't have the tools to recharge or pull a vacuum first for the newer Freon and blamed it on it was like that. I have read other reviews about this shop being dirty. My dad owned a shop. I work myself in the mechanical field. This guys shop looks like your alcoholic uncles place. Piles of stuff everywhere. Inside and out. There is no excuse for a shop to look like that. Heck the amount of nasty dirty greasy hand prints all over my truck and the grease boot prints inside my truck alone is unprofessional. This guys hours are not correct. He does not work on Monday's or really in the mornings. He has more than enough time to get things organized and cleaned up. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I wouldn't let this guy around anything newer as well. He will try to scam you out of more money. He will not respect or take care of your things. He is your typical shady shade tree mechanic. If I didn't mess my truck up hours away from where I lived I would have never taken my truck here for repairs. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic
