The manager told me not to look at halos, implying the damaged ring was my fault. I got a solitaire, no wedding band, and still owed them more money. Returning the ring or getting a ring of lesser value than my original set was not an option. If you are hoping your rings will last forever and you will be treated with respect, look elsewhere.
