I have been in twice in the last month and they were incredibly helpful (and friendly) and made me feel like I was a valued customer even though my visits were merely to have batteries installed in watches and to verify authenticity of a pendant I had bought elsewhere (no charge!) I also remember going into their store *years* ago with my mom and buying some of her beloved Fostoria American pieces. I had a problem a couple of years ago with another jewelry store in Salina who had damaged one of my watches by improperly placing a new battery in it, damaging the watch and then had the audacity to try to claim I had damaged it (they wouldn't do anything until I contacted the BBB and then, lo and behold, they decided to make things right.) Stopped in to have a diamond ring resized. They pointed out to us that what we thought was a real…read morediamond was in fact a lab growing diamond, and that we had been seriously swindled by another store who represented it as a real diamond. We are able to get it appraised by another independent jeweler and take it back and force them to refund our money. We then bought the real diamond from House Of Diamonds. They brought in multiple stones for us to compare. We were able to choose the one that best suited us and they did a beautiful job with the mount and Service. This is the only place I would go to buy jewelry.
