Order take from 5 to 10 minutes to arrived. So it's not fast food as you order and you have it, but it's not table service either. It is not cheap. I was thinking it would cost less. A chicken burker 16$, drink and fries 4.50, poutine instead of fries 4$. 4 chicken strip with buns, 2 sauce and fries, 20$. Total of 50$ with taxes. No I didn't leave any tips, it's not table service or delivery. Staff was nice. As for the food. The chicken mozzarella burger. Big thick chicken with a good chunk of mozzarella. Really good chunk of cheese. But the chicken is as smooshy, not a great feeling. But it's a big burger. As for the poutine, it's also a big good plate, lots of sauce. I suggest starting with it unless you like saugy fries. We found the sauce and fries salt leaking, making it a milder poutine with a sub taste. The hot cheestos chicken tender were very thin. Red hot is suppose to be hot, I think it's the regular tender but in red hot batter or something. Wasn't hot for me. I too the spicy sauce and crusty. The tender wasn't really tender, again squeeshy and felt like left over chicken from 2 days ago. Didn't felt fresh. Regular normal sauce, nothing out of the ordinary. Came with a coleslaw that were also blend. This place remind me of jack le coq. In the end, I won't be coming back. I wish we had a chicken guy, it's so much better.

This location is newer, not very big but still a decent amount of tables and room to eat. I love the huge windows and layout - it makes a big difference with the amount of natural sunlight coming through. Another feature I love at this location is the washroom area. There are 3 individual restrooms for total privacy and comfort, and a communal sink area on the outside. This means that you can wash your hands without entering the actual bathroom if you quickly need to rinse before or after you eat. You can also see customers as they come out of the restroom and observe if they wash their hands or not since this is out in the open. Food quality is consistent both times I went and on par with other locations. Burgers are flavorful and made to order - fries are generous. Just the poutine could be better, they serve it to you in a closed plastic container and the curds were all melted, to the point of being stretchy - I suspect they do not use fresh curds as this would not happen with fresher cheese, it should remain intact and squeeky. If you're looking for large decadent burgers and customizable options - this is the place to go. Free peanuts are also a nice touch.

Totopo Tacos is on the same floor as Cali and Sama Sushi is on the lower floor. Totopo Tacos and Cali share the same dining area. Overall not bad - I'd go back, why not - but I would definitely choose Amir over Boustan for my shawarma cravings if given a choice.
