We called to get a quote this morning from Audio Vision. They told us they couldn't quote us over…read morethe phone and that we had to come in. So we drove 30 minutes for a simple quote to get a radio and one 12 inch sub installed. The guy came out and looked at everything we had and said we brought everything he needed except the amp (which we could have done ourselves) and tried pushing us to buy $120 amp from him. We went a bought one ourselves instead and called to let him know and he asked us over and over again if it even worked, obviously we didn't buy an amp that didn't work. So he said $200 for the install and an hour and a half. We put a $50 deposit down for our time. My fiancé took the vehicle back for the install and the guy told us he forgot to see if we had everything we needed and then told us we didn't so we had to pay an extra $50. So we took the vehicle in and left it there, guy said to come back in an hour. 4 HOURS LATER the vehicle was finally done after being told just a couple minutes each time. I could have installed it faster with no knowledge and a YouTube video. And we were charged $400 for this. RIDICULOUS. I have no doubt in my mind they were just messing around so they could charge more. I swear, do NOT go here unless you want to get completely ripped off.

The sales people know everything about every speaker setup on the market and the cumulative knowledge and creativity is worth it. You could save five bucks doing it yourself or have these guys set it up better than I've ever seen and I spent years doing installs with friends in all their cars these guys are the way to go. They take their time to really explain things and listen to your needs and offer solutions. Thanks for setting up my ride, I'm now a rolling concert experience on wheels. TJ called me and said the cd played I bought and wanted to install wasn't as good as the existing one. He also said the amp with the lowering fairing kit was missing some adapters. When he called in the morning he said another amp was going to be another $250 to install. Really bummed me out. He called me later that day and told me the bike was done and ready for pick up. He fabricated adapters of a car remote kit and saved me from buying another amp and also told me to return the cd deck from where I bought. He could of raked me over the coles but instead he come up with some ingenuity and saved me a bunch of money. Way to go TJ and dashboard by Karls!

This place is the worst business I have ever gone to. I went in to get a power steering issue…read moreaddressed. They put in a new power steering pump. I day after they did it, the issue happened again. Brought it in and they took a look. An issue caused by the power steering pump came up and cost 500 bucks. A couple of days after that, the steering is getting stiffer. Gonna have to bring it in and I doubt that they'll address the issue and fix it without trying to milk more money out of me. DO NOT GO THERE.

Ash was the man who assisted me with my computer. It had so many viruses among other things…read more Completely unusable and I was lost. But thanks to ash, the crisis was promptly averted. Not only was he very professional and kind, he was a wizard. It only took him all of 10 minutes to assess the issue and get me on my way. 10/10 for Ash and his seemingly endless vat of computer knowledge. I came into Best Buy stressed and worried with a useless pile of metal, and left with a smile and a computer working like new!
