The receptionist didn't ask if we could leave her car overnight. She told us if I wasn't happy with them, she knows a guy who's really good. I get the feeling the technicians there aren't comfortable with working on a convertible or they're not properly trained to handle the task. To save yourself some grief, find another shop.

The following week I hear nothing and have been trying to reach them finally a week after the phone call I stop in and they haven't even started, said they were busy and had to prioritize more urgent work, I countered that they should have communicated. I do not recommend them for any work at all. I was able to work with a COMPETITOR and they had the work done to perfection in less than 3 hours.

save the money and go somewhere else.while traveling out of state had a tech come to replace the…read morerear windshield. after a few moments he informs me that we need to move the vehicle forward for better access, which we do and gave the keys back to the tech. 20 minutes later he informs us that we need to remove a cargo carrier off the vehicle but he can't find the keys and now can't replace the windshield. spoke with the manager to resolve the issue with the lost keys and the windshield still needing repair. She tells me it's policy not to issue refunds (mind you the work was never performed) but she will speak with her superior. The next day after giving some time for them to call, I have to reach out to them. Then am told that they will only either refund the window or replace the keys That their tech lost. So now I'm out $400 to have keys overnighted from out of state and to replace the lost set. the manager is clearly incapable of managing this branch from mine and others experiences. Will never use Safelite again. Will always use the pen to get a quality repair and product.
