    Wanted to work out on the weekends when I'm visiting my mom in Chino and started coming here on Saturdays. The trainers here are really patient! I'm taking the Saturday boxing technique class and feel amazing during and after my class! I wish I lived nearby so I can take classes during the week. The place is very clean and they have plenty of parking.

    Super nice trainers and members. It's a good place for training and fitness. It's a bit small, but that's not a dealbreaker.

I always seemed to over-strain something and end up injured, so I was pretty hesitant about jumping back into weight training after having a baby. That's when I decided to look for a personal trainer. From day one, I was impressed by Kacy's knowledge and expertise. He has this uncanny ability to gauge exactly how much I can lift just by watching me do a single set--which I'm guessing comes from years of experience, but it's still impressive to see in action. Here's the thing about Kacy that might throw you off at first: he often looks distracted, like he's not paying attention. But don't let that fool you! He's tracking everything--your form, your reps, your timing--and he'll call you out if you're slacking on your sets. It's actually kind of amazing how dialed in he is even when it doesn't look like it. If you're looking for a knowledgeable trainer who will push you and keep you accountable (even when you think he's not watching), Kacy's your guy. Highly recommend!

But this is not a gym; it is a training facility where you work with trainers to tackle your physical goals. Next, this is about my trainer, Kevin Abandy. Kevin has been my trainer for exactly 8 weeks now and he is awesome! I made the decision to get a trainer after my birthday to truly invest in myself. You can invest in your own skills and education, but the return is almost always indirect. But with a trainer, specifically Kevin, I gained 8 lbs of muscle mass and lost 8% body fat (approx. 13-lbs of fat) after 8 weeks of training with him. Also, at the start of my training, I had back pain (from past injury to T12) and knee pains (from under the kneecap). Through Kevin's program and coaching, my pain has been reduced to near 0 with full mobility -- like squatting all the way down and up with 200-lbs of weight on my shoulders with no knee pain. I would give a 1-star review to keep it from getting crowded, but it would be hard for me to not tell others about the good that comes out of this place. My mom is 70 and she's training with Kevin too! And the story is the same for her... knee pains - GONE. Back pains - GONE. I've been working with Mia for almost 6 months now and have dropped about 5% in body fat and gained 7% in muscle mass. I would have never considered myself "overweight" but knew I needed to lose a few pounds. I've tried the traditional membership gyms but always found that I would lose interest or motivation. When I started inquiring about personal trainers, Mia was very prompt at answering. During our consultation I did a body fat scan and was shocked to find out that I was nearly 25%. We talked and I learned that it was less about the weight and more about body composition and fat/muscle percentages. Due to my work schedule we were able to meet twice a week for an hour a session. Mia adds good variety to our workouts and I definitively know that I push myself more during our sessions that I normally would have if I were doing the workouts by myself. She also places an emphasis on nutrition and offers advice on what to eat and what to stay away from. The last couple of years my diet has gotten progressively worse, and she's been a great help in getting me back on track. I've noticed that I've started making much healthier choices in the foods I eat. still have a ways to go but would highly recommend Mia for helping you get you to your goals!

One of the things I loved most was the atmosphere--it's an all-women's studio, which made it feel comfortable, supportive, and never overcrowded or overwhelming. All of the trainers are amazing--encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. I especially appreciated how welcoming everyone was, no matter your fitness level. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to renew my membership due to what I initially thought was a minor walking injury I experienced in June. After an X-ray, my doctor said everything looked fine, so I continued working out at Peach Body with modified exercises. Toward the end of my membership, I even transitioned into personal training sessions with Cheli, which helped me tremendously. I had every intention of rejoining after my six-month membership, but I had a trip to Spain planned. When I returned, my knee still wasn't improving. I ended up seeing a new doctor and, after an MRI in January, found out I had a torn meniscus. Fast forward to February, I underwent meniscus arthroscopy surgery. I'm currently on the road to recovery (still in a full leg brace), but I'm hopeful and looking forward to rejoining Peach Body Studio in a few months once I'm fully healed. So I booked a DEXA scan, RMR test, and VO2 max assessment -- and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made on my health journey. From the moment I walked in, Kim made me feel completely comfortable. She openly shared her own health journey, which immediately put me at ease. There was zero judgment -- just understanding, encouragement, and genuine care. And then there's Brian -- my numbers guy. A skill I never mastered. He lives in the data in the best possible way. Everything we do is based on measurable results. If something isn't working (though so far everything is going great), we adjust. No guessing. No ego. Just smart coaching. I'm currently on a GLP-1 and my goal is not just to lose weight -- but to maintain and build muscle during the process. Brian actually increased my caloric intake after reviewing my RMR. I let them know more than four different times that I needed to leave by 12:30, and each time they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. They were friendly, but extremely pushyyy , to the point of being disrespectful! By 12:29, they were still purposely holding onto my driver's license instead of returning it. I understand they have a membership sales pitch, but they were excessive and left a really bad impression. It felt more like dealing with a car dealership than a gym. Even after I declined multiple times, they handed my ID to a manager so he could try pitching me some more. There's absolutely no reason to keep ahold of my ID and pretend to put in my address on 3 different PCs just so I can't leave lol. I value punctuality, and if I've clearly communicated the exact time of when I need to step out by, I expect my time to be respected. I gave them plenty of time to close any deal with me before that time. Because of this, I ended up late to my next appointment. Not cool! Aside from the sales tactics, the remodeled gym itself looked good, lots of space and plenty of equipment. I went during a slower time, so I'm not sure how busy it gets, but I was told afternoons around 5 can pick up. I would give them a 1 star, but the new gym looked clean.
