I've felt my range of mobility has greatly improved and I'm getting faster and stronger. Coaches are very friendly and will show you how to do the proper form and movements for both the workout session. Best of both worlds between HITT workouts and kickboxing. Even though it's pricier than my last gym, I'm okay with just skipping the HOTWORX merch. The gym itself is very clean. The bathroom is wonderful and very female-friendly, they have anti-odor products and emergency items for us ladies, which is greatly appreciated! The decor around the gym is super cute and makes you feel welcomed throughout the space. The equipment is always up to par, and everything feels well maintained.
