First, PCR test if you cannot finish with in 24 hours, then don't related with travel because this will result in a lot of people cannot get on board. Second, about the accuracy, it is supported by the paper that it will be only 2% of the chance to get a false "positive", and I received one. Which has been proofed later I am actually negative. Consider such low chance to get "false positive" by the test it self, it must be either contamination from the lab, or transportation. Even more interesting, I didn't receive my report even after 48 hours, then I wrote the Google review 1 star, next day I received a "positive report" , which proofed later in Canada twice that's actually a negative. So my brother and sister in law need a covid testing for international travel, came here on a friday morning.Paid 260 for the test of both and was told reaults will be emailed Saturday between 12- 1 PM. No results was sent on the email provided. Have to find another place to get the test done that Saturday since my brother and sister in law have to fly out of the country next day, Sunday! BIG MESS! Followed up with the lab that Tuesday, spoke with a guy who apologized claimed they have problems with their system releasing results that Saturday. I asked for a refund since we did not benefit from the services we paid for, and was told to contact customer service on the website. I sent an email, no response. I called a week after, a lady got all my information for call back, said she will investigate what happened why i did not get the results and I told her I would like a refund and she said that likely that will be the remediation of this. A week later, still no call back. Today, i called spoke with Ashley, she put me on hold after verifying my info including the email where to send the results. She came back back with the same response i have from previous;get my contact info and the person in charge is not available and will call me at later time. To discuss what happened.I told her i have this same response from previous and that I have not received a call back. In less than 10 minutes, Ashley called me back and told me that the results were emailed to me on the email I have provided. Terrible service. I had a trip abroad today and I was suggested to get the Covid test on Thursday. I showed up to their lab first thing in the morning Thursday and I was the first one, two days later they hadn't send me results back, I called them desperately in the morning inquiring about the result as I needed to show to United today Sunday and they told me yesterday it was coming later. Needles to say I lost my flight because I couldn't show the test results and they don't answer the phone on weekends. Bad service! do yourself a favor and don't risk a trip trusting this people read more

Staff at this location was very helpful and lab was clean however I was provided wrong information multiple times and their website information is wrong. I needed a test to fly internationally and was told I can use antigen test however their test do not have a time stamp on the results.
