We were preparing to say goodbye to a family member and had no idea what to do or what was next. I had no idea what her day looked like, but the day I called her she was there within hours ready to guide us, preparing us for steps A-Z. It was just a day or two after our first meeting she was asked to return to take the next steps, our family member had passed. Within hours of the call Katie returned, handled our loved one with respect and dignity. I would say after that Katie and Matt really shined; Obituary had to be written, death certificates had to be ordered, cremation had to be done and urn had to be ordered. My family met with Katie and Matt at Still Oaks to complete the set up for the wake, the building was perfect, the flowers as they came in were set up with such pride, you could see the love they had for their jobs. After my family left, I had a more personal meeting with Katie to order several pendents with the finger prints on them so that those she loved most could always hold her hand. Highly recommend this to keep your loved ones close. The few days of saying goodbye and the celebration were all done, it was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, but with Katie and Matt there, I was able to cherish the moments with our family. I was able to grieve and say goodbye in my own way. Without the stress of what is next. Since then Katie and Matt have both checked in on me several times, and even gave their recommendation on were to get the perfect stone. I also have recommended them to help another family as they were also saying goodbye. Katie was so kind and helpful to me during and after. I helped arrange another family membership services in MA and they never reached out after to see how my family was doing after but Katie did. She told me she was here for me if I ever needed anything just call her anytime. I was the one in charge of all the arrangements this time. When it happened the only place I could think of to use was Still Oaks. My family member that had passed had gone to services there before and somehow we talked about Still Oaks while driving by one day a year or so ago. We never talked about that is the place I want you to us but I felt like he would want me to. So Still Oaks it was. I called them that night and they were already expecting my call. We made arrangements for the next day to meet and start the process. Katie let me take my time and guided me through everything. She made me smile at a situation that happened and I knew that was my loved one all the way. I never felt rushed and was able to take my time. After the services Katie reach out to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. I thought that was so nice. I really wasn't expecting that at all. I wasn't just forgotten after everything was done and on to the next. They really do care about people and I would highly recommend using Still Oaks. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. They made my worst days a little better and for that I am grateful.

A miracle happened in this cemetery. I was here doing some…read moregenealogy research and and I totally stumbled upon my lost great great grandparents grave. Freeking Shit. Yes! I could not believe it. This was a total surprise and unexpected breakthrough. Here are some pointers about this cemetery. Blossom Hill Cemetery and Calvary Cemetery are the same. They are connected. Blossom Hill is Methodist and Calvary is Catholic. Christa McAulliffe is buried here. (Calvary) The sexton here assisted me in locating a grave. He opened up his file cards and pointed me in the right direction. The grounds here are just beautiful and they have a little pond and offer "perpetual care".

This year I didn't buy pre-buy as years past, their price $2.999 a gal. for pre-buy, When I could buy the same for $2.58. which is over a $250 savings. ( Dah ). Because I bought from another this year, my cleaning appointment was canceled. ( I was not told this ), I found out only when I called to check the day and time next week for my scheduled cleaning. Not the two months ago when I told them I would be buying the pre-buy from another. ( companies put little colored rings on your oil pipe to show they deliveryed oil.) I have a few color rings on my oil pipe. Yes, I always told them when I was buying from another when checking price on pre-buy oil. I have the emails. So 30 years. means absolutely nothing. No cleaning this year. Not even a customer. I understand they charge more for oil due they have a service, so if you ever have a problem they will come out? Well, so will any other oil company you call, customer or not, if you need service they come out. They pride themselves as a family oil company. You are not their family. You are a customer.  They only care about the money they make off you the customer. That's your family service. After 30+ years one would think, They would say we'll do your cleaning as schedule next week, but you need to know. If you do buy oil from others, you'll have no service. That's what a Family oil company would say, as I'm told by others. Not this family oil company. Ever feel like a number?

A few days ago I asked them to come get my machine to perform the 350 hr service "in-house" so that it could be pressure washed and when they brought it back to my house "Rocky" their delivery person plowed my driveway for me prior to putting my tractor away. I can not say anything more than these people are fantastic!! I will be upgrading my tractor soon and will be buying from them, no doubt about it!!

Knoxland equipment has gone down the crapper. They refuse to repair an ongoing problem that I have…read morehad since I've owned the tractor. Now that it's over the 2 year limited warranty they tell me I have to pay for it all including picking it up!! The A/C has gone out ever year I've had the tractor. Heat works fine. Having a brain injury from being blow up in Iraq, it is very important I keep my body temp within normal limits or I can die or go the hospital. Knoxland does not care, and will not fix this under warranty! When they never properly repaired it in the first place! I am totally disappointed in Knoxland equipment and their sub-par service department. They do not represent Mahindra well at all and I would suggest any tractor dealership other than Knoxland. They will lie right to your face and fail to follow through with their promises! AVOID KNOXLAND AT ALL COSTS!!
