If it wasn't for them we don't know where this car would be probably in the scrap yard to be honest. I had visited other locations as well and never paid a dime for an oil change. Today, my Forrester was taken in for an oil change by my partner, and they said that they could not use my warranty because it "didn't include oil changes". I provided my warranty information (even though it's associated with my account and has always been) and they were prepared to process the oil change and charge me money, something that I am not required to pay under my warranty. I guess someone didn't want to do their due diligence and follow up with the other retailer or just didn't know how to do their job. Guess that's the unfortunate state of the workforce these days. It's unfortunate that this is the closest retailer to me, I'll now have to travel twice as far to the original retailer to get the service in the warranty I've purchased. Avoid.
