I called the company with a few questions after reading some mixed reviews on Yelp. I had some initial concerns, but after speaking with one of the shop managers, he clarified that one of the reviews was legitimate and had already been resolved, while the others were actually about a different business entirely. Although I was still a bit skeptical, I asked for help with a specific project. They were knowledgeable, helped me choose the right equipment, and I went ahead and placed the order. awful customers services wainting on an item for five weeks arlready made two payments.

Have been trying to return items for over 3 weeks. Always get voicemail when calling. Actually got a call back a cpl days after original call stating they would send me an email with return instruction but they never did. Have called 4 times since then leaving messages with no return calls and no email telling g me how to return the over $500 worth of goods we purchased. read more

i placed and order with this company. manager called me back to let us know on they could only fulfill a partial order. he took the time to explain the differences in led and fluorescent. he was very knowledgeable polite and accommodating. unfortunately we couldnt use what he had available and he instantly refunded our money thru paypal. we would use him again. pricey for shipping is the only drawback read more

Crooks. I am currently going through my bank to get a refund by that route. I am in the same boat as Kelly H. I ordered about $7,000 worth of equipment from them 2 months ago and they never sent the order. DO NOT TRUST this company. I reached out to the manufacturer, Blizzard Lighting, of the gear I ordered and it turns out that they are not an authorized reseller of that brand. They will take your money and run. read more

Ordered a product and waited a week after they took my money, but never got tracking. I asked them what was going on and they said they had one, but had to test it then send tracking,l. After another 2 weeks goes by I still got nothing from them. Emailed them again and they ended up just refunding me the money so clearly lied to me about it. read more
