So I always find interesting things and sometimes items they don't stock at my Costco. Came here to pick up some shanks for my transatlantic cruise. This location has quite a few gluten free items. My local Costco doesn't have all the same gf options. Decent parking. Checkout area seemed about the same size including self checkout as most Costcos. Would shop here again.

Each time I visited I was not able to get my filters and domes because the hearing specialist was in the booth testing patients. After waiting for 30-45 minutes I had to leave. I know they are trying to cut back on staff, this is also cutting back on their customer service levels. I am so sorry that the receptionist position was eliminated in the hearing center. This has made a huge difference. Costco really should bring back the staff they need to do the job correctly.

Secondly, I love that they open at 8:00am. One of the downfalls of Costco is they don't open until 10:00am. The early opening time is also another main factor why I prefer Sam's Club over Costco's as I can get into Sam's Club at 8am too with the Executive Membership. Lastly, I saw a big sign for BJ's Express Pay which is similar to Sam's Club's Scan & Go where you can scan items as you grab them and pay on the app and skip the lines. Oh. Em. Geeeeee!!! GAME CHANGER!!! Apparently they've had this app since 2015. Nice. Costco is so behind everyone on this scan and go app thing. Complete time saver!!! Another thing is that the place is so nice and peaceful this early. We arrived around 8:30am and it was empty. So ZEN!!! Not even lying. You can tell from my photos of the place. So nice when you compare this to the chaos of Costco. Listen, I don't hate on Costco because I actually love certain things they carry, it just needs to be more convenient for me to want to shop there more than Sam's Club or BJ's. Period. They have such a great selection of items here. I like that they sell Horizon and Lactaid brand milk as a single item and not a multi pack. They have a deli counter. That's a first. Produce and meat selections were super fresh items. Several items that the other wholesale clubs don't have. Unique items too. I love the variety. The employees here are very friendly from the entrance to the checkouts to the membership services. My dad added me to his membership with no hassle and we were done and done in about 10 minutes. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman working at the membership services desk but he was alone and was so nice and patient with us. I also chatted with him about Costco being so behind on the app thing. Ha. Great club and looking forward to coming back with my new membership! Yayyyyyy!!!

BEWARE before you order from them. This Company is the worst Company I have ever dealt with and…read morethey do not care about their customers. They sold us a Kaftan that was very poorly designed with strings at the shoulders, which ripped when placed on a hanger. Two were damaged by just hanging them as the strings caught on the should slits. We asked to return 4 each new in unopened bags, asking only for a credit to purchase something else. We were told they do not take returns back unless they made a mistake on item ship. They would not even consider that they sold us a poorly designed item and NEVER did they put on a receipt or included in a sale that "All Sales Are Final". They would rather loose a customer, have all pending items cancelled than credit a customer with under $100 worth of merchandise, shipped back on our dime. This is not a Company you want to buy from. We had a great relationship as long as we never had an issue and then they would not even answer emails pointing out the problem from their Corporate email. Only one response with a no return from the sales person. Avoid !!!

He really knows his inventory so when we mentioned that we need a light carry-on (on some international flights the limit of carry-on is 7kg, so every ounce makes a difference). He also told us how the two smaller wheels on each corner is better on cobble stones than the single larger ones, make the luggage less bumpy. There are many little things that we as a consumer don't know how to look for but he expertly guide us to compare the different products (some that I pick because they look cute) and find one that will be useful for years to come. There are some items on specials that make for really good sale. For high end luggages like Samsonite or Travelpro, he will google the best price online and give you a discount off it.

Staff was very patient in answering our questions and showed us models that fit what we were looking for. Since my wife and I travel often for work/play, we wanted something sturdy that will last for a long time and also looked good. I appreciated that the staff was not pushy and gave us honest feedback - regardless of the price. We ended up buying a nice Samsonite suitcase and a cute Disney princess carry on for our daughter! I also liked that we were able to buy some bright color suitcases which make it easy to find on the carousel at baggage claim. Highly recommend!
