Chad, the owner came from behind the counter and walked me to the brace I needed. Opened the package to ensure it was a good fit then sprayed a trial biofreeze product to assist in instant relief. The care and natural concern was heart warming. Everyone was caring, professional and knowledgeable. Such an awesome first time customer experience. My prescriptions have always been ready very quickly. I am on Accutane and this pharmacy is a part of ipledge for those who are looking. Medical supply is very well stocked and easy to call in and get a quick answer on product and medication availability. My doctors send the prescriptions over and it is a seamless process for me. Barbara and are her staff are wonderful! They have a very professional and courteous atmosphere and always are welcoming to everyone in their pharmacy. When you come into the store, or call, they know you personally, and if you walk in with a prescription, they get it filled in less than 10 minutes (as long as they have it in stock).
