What an amazing staff and pharmacist that making the experience the best possible encounter. They make it so easy to do what is right for you. I've had a few pharmacist who are either slow of look at like you as a criminal because of 2 out of my prescriptions. Despite the other 12 that are a result of 2 strokes, a heart cath and a sever head injures that have let to moderate cognitive decline. I want to sat think you to these very kind people ! I've had several pharmacists but NEVER plan on leaving 406. I had a male pharmacists at CVS who was so condescending and rude.....unbelievable! Screw that guy, I found my home! :) read more

My dog has cancer and I was given a prescription for a sort of obscure pill. No one seemed to have it. I called Pharm406 and they told me they could order it. My prescription was for 90 pills. They told me 30 pills would be $700. Eventually I found a CVS that had them. I got 90 pills for $125. THIS is why you don't go to places like this. They are just trying to screw yo over. read more

I've never experienced just blatant rudeness & unprofessional service when calling to inquire about certain medications. I had planned to switch pharmacies to a local business. If I could put this lower I would. I don't know if you thought I was stupid but trying to charge me double for "my share" when my insurance clearly stated half what you wanted me to pay. Well you already charged my card for double and I better see if canceled today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then you try to justify it by telling me I had to pay to get it in......In my 51 years of life, bf at 52, mom at 79 NONE of us have EVER been heard the BS you were trying to spew at me!!!!!!!!!! NEVER! You obviously thought I was one that wouldn't check, I really don't appreciate being lied to! My doctor is right when she said not to go there anymore. CVS in Target was horrible. Went to Pharm406 in the old Rocky MT bank. Sadly not a better experience. Absolutely zero confidentiality. You are in old teller lines. They use the drive through but you can hear the conversations and see them on camera while being "helped" inside. They can never figure out insurance and never have your prescriptions ready. We haven't received anything are you sure? No my doctor lied to me he didn't send anything. Was it just now, no it was yesterday. Oh there it is...give us a minute. I will come back later. Staff has always been nice, so I don't have anything negative to say about that. BUT I found out today that Pharm406 has been charging me a service fee because they don't feel they are getting paid high enough from my insurance for prescriptions. I have been filling my prescriptions there for a few months and honestly never thought anything about the amount they were charging, until recently when they originally were charging me $44.00 for refills and then my prescription was changed a slightly and now, they wanted to charge me $74.00. I called my insurance company and was told no they should only be charging you $15.00 which is my co-pay. The insurance lady ended up calling Pharm406 and they told the insurance agent that they are not getting paid enough for the prescription so in turn they are charging me a service fee, WTF!! Basically, they have been ripping me off for months and I have been overpaying for my prescription for months, which is BS, I am pretty sure this is illegal. I will NEVER be going back... I would be very careful to continue doing business with this company. read more

Be very cautious sending controlled substances, they will lie and they they don't have the med, and then they fill the RX and "pay in cash" under YOUR NAME. example- I needed a hydrocodone filled. walked in and was IGNORED even though there at 5 to 7 employees around, not one will greet you. after 10 minutes a young man asked what I needed and I told him. without looking at anything, including the computer, and said "we don't have that" so I left and had my GP resend to osco. imagine my surprise finding that on the drug registry, it says I filled my controlled substance, paid IN CASH. my reputation and the trust between me and my GP would have been lost if she thought I pulled a fast one and filled at separate pharmacies. not the truth. I called yesterday and today to figure out just what happened any why it's saying I picked up a prescription they told me they were out of. the pharmacist I talked to yesterday and today had the absolute worst attitude. this is my reputation on the line and apparently the pharmacist just doesn't get that. my psychiatrist refuses to sent controlled substances to Pharm406 because of the shadiness, not just with me. but apparent this is an issue with her other patients who go to pharm406. take my word for it, something shady is going on and I've already reported to the Montana Board of Pharmacists, and my psychiatrist is planning on making a complaint to the state board. be careful here. customer service sucks and they will fill something they say they don't have, say I paid in cash and then one of the employees can take the meds, which I truly believe happened. this place is the most unprofessional pharmacy I've been in. never mind talking to the actual pharmacist. if I were you, pharm 406, I would be nervous. i didn't get a good feeling from this pharmacy. staff has stated it is a hostile work environment (I shouldn't know that as the customer) and after hearing about the owner's personal endeavors I can see why. They are also always out of my medication and I am never notified. I thought I'd give a local business the chance, but to be honest CVS does just as well. read more

What a positive experience at Pharm406! A few days ago I went to the pharmacy for my Maderma Covid booster. Talk about organized...forms ready to be filled out, considerate staff helping at every encounter and the pharmacist giving the injections terrific. I have been to 406 Pharmacy before, and have had nothing but rude behavior!! Yesterday I made the mistake of going for a flu shot. I was told Tricare was out of network, but I chose to pay the $35 anyway. Five people were taken right away ahead of me, each for a Covid vaccination . An hour and a half later, they asked what I was waiting there for, when I told them, I waited ANOTHER 20 minutes!! One nice young man behind the counter asked, "are you still waiting?!" Yes, I replied. Finally, a young girl came over to the area where they told me to wait. She proceeded to let me know that I sat in the "wrong area", and that it was the small chairs BEHIND the couch, (which no one would see)!! Not ONE of those people that were taken ahead of me, sat in the hidden chairs behind the couch!!! They were taken in immediately!!! I was patiently waiting, but I guarantee I won't go there again!!! read more

My mother received her first statement from this company for Medications that were supplied to her through The Legacy, Assistant Living. Her statement showed late fees for over 30 days. What really happened, was this company fired their employee who handles the billing of these accounts over sixty days ago. No statements were mailed until recently. This company is now charging late fees, plus copayments on all accounts. This practice is unfair. I offered to settle up the account once they remove the late fees. The President of the company, Kyle, is going to send us to the collection department. Also, Legacy has pulled their account with this firm. Because this company fired their employee, didn't send any billing statements for over 60 days and is accessing their clients late fees for their medications is totally unacceptable. I highly recommend anyone having dealings with this company, beware of un-ethical practices by Kyle and this company. read more

Two nights ago I went to Pharm406 in search of an at home Covid test. The young man at the counter never once looked up from his computer to talk to me, he informed me the tests are on a nation wide back order and I won't find one anywhere. Still typing whatever into his computer, he informed me I could take a test there for $75 or $150. I said no thank you, as I'm not dumb enough to pay for their test when other places in town offer it for free. He NEVER looked up from computer. How rude. I will never go back.
