I can't say enough good things about CW. I started going about a year ago. I've had several procedures and dealt with at least half a dozen of the staff. They are all so kind, helpful, personable and knowledgeable. I always feel like I'm getting the best care possible and completely explained to me. Gave them my business for years but now they won't release my medical records to me/my new provider in a different city. The managers and owner won't respond to my messages. It is true, the help is kind. However, I went for HRT and the weight loss program. I paid $1275 for HRT in full plus $100 per month for the weight loss. The hormones are extra and insertion is extra, so those are not included in costs. My insurance was billed wrong and I had to straighten it out. My lab tests were not correct per the Nurse Practitioner so I needed a redraw. The lab wasn't going to pay for the inaccurate results and Central Wellness would not offer to pick up the additional cost as my insurance wouldn't pay for the redraw. That was not my error. I had appointments for initial HRT consultation and bloodwork, then bloodwork review. Then 6 months later had to request bloodwork lab and then received bad results. Had 3 pellet inserts, charged for hormone and insertion, first got infected and needed antibiotics. So for $1275, I had only a couple blood draws and a couple follow up appointments outside of the pellet appointments, which equals about $300 per appointment. Ask what you are getting for that amount before you sign up for this! I quit going due to left to pay for either their mistake with blood sent to lab or labs mistake and no willingness or offer to pick up the tab after all I had paid for on time and in full.
