What the hell is not understandable about wanting your carefully decorated baked goods to not get smear in the box?! Why was that so hard to understand? I asked about a couple of the hot tonics, hoping for a recommendation. The response? "I've never had them." Fair enough--but maybe follow it up with, "Let me see if I can find out," or "People seem to like this one." Anything besides leaving the customer hanging. The smoothies are blended with care. The customer experience...not so much. Hopefully one day the service catches up to the quality of the smoothies, because the product deserves it.

The pharmacist said it was $71 and they don't take Kaiser insurance. I told my husband that's too much and we'd wait until we get home. The pharmacist said we could look online for a coupon. She told us about goodrx. I found a coupon for $50 for the medication we needed. I thought it was nice of her to tell us about the coupon/discount site. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. It's still pricey since it would only be $5 with our insurance.
