Finally managed to do so, but when I arrived for the appointment, and someone finally came over to me she said they weren't open Saturdays. Why was I able to make the appointment, I asked. She, who seemed to be the senior there, was exceptionally nasty and condescending as if it was my fault I made the appointment. Bad computer system, employee with a bad attitude and inefficient system, made my day a total waste of time since I don't live in the area. Still need that immunization but really don't want to go back to this place. Will find another, I hope. Wish I could give that (oriental) woman zero for her attitude.

Why do they have express pick up? The app rarely works properly and the staff waits on everyone in…read morethe regular line and ignores the express line. I end up having to get behind the 8 people that came in the store after me and wait another half hour for my pre-paid prescription. And when the app does not work to show the pre-paid, express pick up code, I get charged a second co-pay. For 2 and one half years the same issue every month or so. If my insurance would cover my scripts at a different pharmacy, I would switch immediately.

I've been going to them for years , a little over a year ago I moved out of the area. I continue to go out of my way to get all my prescriptions from Eckerson because time and time again they have given me exceptional service. Today my physician prescribed an additional medication for my cholesterol. Hillcrest Pharmacy called to tell me it was ready. A few minutes later they called me back to let me know the copay was $100. I said I didn't mind the co pay but I want to talk to the pharmacist to ask about any side effects and if I really needed this prescription. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was greeted as always by the staff upfront and at the back counter. The pharmacist got my prescription, as I was asking him if I really needed it, he ripped open the bag and said you are not getting this. He further went on to explain the doctor prescribed Fish Oil. That I should get it at Costco or the Grocery store. I was relieved that it wasn't a medication I needed to take, and very happy the Hillcrest Pharmacy was looking out for me as they always do. Hillcrest Pharmacy is personally owned and part of the local community. I highly recommend everyone to try them, you will not go back to the big chain pharmacy again. Thank you Hillcrest Pharmacy.
