the older woman who works in the beauty boutique has ruined each trip I make into this location…read more often times I have to tell her I am not looking for help 2-3 times until she leaves me alone. Tonight I went in looking for fragrances with specific notes and decided to ask her for suggestions... she showed me fragrances that had nothing to do with the notes I mentioned and was keen on trying to pressure me into purchasing them to make a sale on expensive product. when I then asked if I could smell a few of Ariana Grande's perfumes to see if I liked them she complained that she would have to get a key to open the cabinet and expressed not wanting to do so for me, so I left. I have never been in a store where the workers complain about doing their JOB to the customers and instead try to sell them something they don't want. I really hope she can learn from this and provide better customer service.
