Was shorted on my last prescription by 30 pills. Called for a refill today as only had one left and was given a hard time. Only 60 in bottle not 90. Time before they only gave me 30 because of COVID-19. I'm 70 so I guess they think they can take advantage of seniors. Wanted me to bring bottle in 30 minute drive. Very bad attitude from person we were speaking with. Could careless about loosing our business. Took three calls to get through today. First two attempts their system didn't even pick up. Switched to Walmart and got excellent service. read more

Bought milk, on sale price. Got home , checked receipt, paid full price. AGAIN.... Not the first time this store has pulled this sneaky trick. Go elsewhere, or get cheated. Your choice. read more

Stopped using the pharmacy for perscriptions years ago as they were double dipping, demanding cash even after my perscriptions were covered. Not only inexcusable but illegal. The "grocery" section is grossly overpriced despite being close to its nearest competitor. Post office is the worst, the staff are excessively obnoxious, always closing early and go out of their way to insult paying customers. Was in there today as it was closest the arrogant woman behind the counter had already closed very early and was screaming at me that I "should have come in at 10" after she knew damn well that's impossible for me. Anybody pulling crap like that in front of customers would have been instantly fired at every job I'd had. read more

Never had an issue, pharmacy is great and very helpful. Staff are wonderful too. Grateful for them all through difficult times.

I line up at the post office at least once per week, sometimes more. Every single time I can hear staff being loud and obnoxious behind the employee only door. Meanwhile, there is one poor person managing the entire line at the post office. There seems to be a need out front...why not save the laughter and noise for breaks and come and help this poor person? I once saw 6 people (not joking) file out of the backroom. None of them asked the post office clerk if they could help. Whatever the 6 of you are doing (and I have a sneaking suspicion that these are the people making the most money because I know some of them) cannot be more important than supporting your staff. I have the same problem when I line up at the front of the store. One person has a line of 6-7 people and no one responds to his pages for help. I think you have it backwards... you would be NOTHING without the cashiers and clerks. I bet no one notices when you're off sick. read more
