Even made sure to tell my husband when he picked up cough syrup for me that it interacted with the medicine I was on so I shouldn't take it. They are fast, so very friends, just simply amazing. It's clean and the aisles are wide. I feel like this store has been around for years. Normally, newer Rexall stores have a washroom available. This one does not. It lacks a public washroom. However, I was not expecting a built-in medical clinic. It was closed when I was there at around 5 pm. This drugstore is a good one. The sugar-free candy section is excellent. There are actually two Smart Sweets displays. There's one in the candy section and another closer to the cashout area. There are more varieties of Smart Sweets here than I've seen at others. I don't see cola bottles often. This store has plenty. My favourite Russell Stover sugar-free bags of candies are here. Werther's Original sugar-free hard candies are available, to. It helps to break out of visiting my usual Rexall stores (Markham and Stouffville). I loved seeing vegan Lindt chocolate bars and a gummy snack mix that was new to me by Rose and Robin. I give full marks to the man who cashed me out. I had scanned by Be Well barcode. He noticed that I was $8 shy of getting 30,000 points with my purchase. I ended up getting two more packages of Smart Sweets and another chocolate bar to hit $8. He was patient, helpful, and friendly. At first, I declined getting a bag. However, with more goodies added, he gave me a paper bag that more than held all my purchases. I thanked him, wished him a great day, and left. If you want great customer service while checking out new products, like Cleancult (just the name makes me smile), come here. It's an unassuming drugstore, but its looks are highly deceiving. It's a great Rexall. I'd return again when I'm back in this part of Scarborough again. (110)

Had trouble getting answers to my questions…read more It took forever to get repeats authorized on prescriptions and one of my prescriptions was labelled wrong. It said it was for diarreah when in fact it was an antidepressent! When I pointed it out to the pharmacist he didn't seem to care, and for as long as I went there it continued to be mislabeled. I went there because it was close by, but finally switched for good when the pharmacist told me to take pepto-bismo with my medication to settle my stomach. When I mentioned this to my family doctor she said never to take the two meds together and she couldn't fathom why he didn't know better.

I dropped into this drugstore last month in order to pick up a few odds and ends. The cash was…read moreclosed so I had to pay at the pharmacy. I couldn't see what the pharmacist was punching in but I thought the total was a little high so, when I got home, I checked the bill. It was an old-fashioned bill with the list of prices but no description of the items. When I had ticked off all of the prices of the stuff I bought, I saw that he had charged me for FOUR more items totalling about $ 20 (plus tax) extra. I can't say if he did it intentionally or by mistake but the bill had other irregularities on it too. There were a couple of other amounts added then voided - and the total number of items at the bottom was wrong. Overall, the bill was a mess. Three days later, when I had time, I went back into the store and asked the pharmacist / owner to correct the bill and reimburse me for the extra amount. He said he would check what those other 4 items were - but I don't know how he could with that old kind of bill. Anyways, he came back with a list of 4 items - that did not match any of mine - so it just confirmed to me that he was wrong (or guessing). When I asked again to be reimbursed, he got irate and started yelling at me. He said that "you can't come in later and ask for your money back". He also said that, when you pay with debit, you accept the charges and you can't go back on that. The problem with that logic is that you don't get the full bill until AFTER you pay. He also wouldn't tell me his name. Needless to say, I'll never see my $ 20 again and I'll never go to that store again - and neither should you. I also noticed that the shelves in parts of the store were pretty bare and everything was pushed to the front to make it look fuller. I guess they are focussing on the pharmacy side of the business and the post office. Clearly, they are not concerned about customer service.

It feels good knowing that she was able to live in comfort of her homes memories in her final days. The staff are god sent and have been so patient and supportI've of any decisions we made for our mothers care. We received regular updates on how mom was doing and if any changes were needed we knew about them immediately.
