When there is an overpayment on your account and you file a waiver of debt, they have 60 days to get back to you if they approved it and pay what they owe you but they don't do anything. When your a victim of Fraud you have hard evidence, they will not help you. If your home get damages like my did back in June when we had that bad storm in the valley they refused to help. They say you can only get an advance if your facing Eviction, Power Cut off or matter in that matter, they don't care a refused to do their jobs.

Now, this would be acceptable if at least you could access your PO Box after 4:30 but instead, the whole building is closed. Other post offices stay open for longer time in the business section. When that closes, you can still access the PO Box areas and retrieve envelop mail. That isn't the case here in Hidalgo. Another reason why this is not an ideal post office box of choice is that on Saturdays, the opening business hours behind the counter (where you pick up bigger boxes) are past 10:00 AM. The building opens at 8, but if you have a package to pick up or ship, you can't conduct business with an actual person until post 10:00AM. This makes the post office unsuitable for business transactions in most cases. Because Hidalgo is a small town, I don't foresee this changing.
