Even when you file a FIOA request for your own records and internal records they refuse to give it to you. When there is an overpayment on your account and you file a waiver of debt, they have 60 days to get back to you if they approved it and pay what they owe you but they don't do anything. Came to get a copy of my social security and it's barely 11 am and all windows closed but one person helping everyone the lobby is full of people like about 40 and the staff don't care their pace is very slow and I could tell it's the manager in charge of this location at fault. Why is that the people who should never be trusted with anything are always the ones in charge and always the ones in high places? they have a bad habit of being incredibly careless as well as overly sensitive with how they do business and have absolutely no problem denying you any benefits for any reason at all. you literally need irrefutable evidence on your own behalf that will justify your claims for SSI and SSDI because they have no problem denying you. they are incredibly self centered and selfish as a well. they think they can walk on water. they ironically have the best of everything for themselves and are stingy with the benefits when anyone comes to request them. even their business hours are stingy as hell because they are more invested in time off because they think they deserve it. especially on Wednesday's when they work from 9AM-12PM and on Saturday and Sunday when they are off because people with disabilities who really need their benefits are forced to wait even longer for them and that does not even include the time it takes for the paper work verification which takes at least 6 months each for the SSI and SSDI to process. the only way to speed up the process is the have something that is life threatening such as A.L.S or Cancer which would have the pre-waiting process of sitting their doing absolutely nothing important while they go on vacation because of some made up government holiday nobody cares about except themselves and being closed during their normal business hours. SSID has a $2000.00 limit that they wont tell you about ahead of time. everything that you own of value that is legally registered to you under your social security number and what you tell them yourself that you own is applied to the value of their limit. if they cant prove it and if you dont tell them about it than be quiet about it because it will count against you. they also do not support those who are self employed but do not report taxes for it regardless of how long you have been working because to them it means nothing. they only judge by the cover of your book at face value so the less you give them to work with the better the chance you have at getting approved. They also wont tell you that depending how much money you will make during your retirement and depending how much money you will make when you receive SSI you could also end up being denied even easier because to them you are receiving too much money with SSI. they dont understand your problems and your own respective situation. just because it appears that you make a lot of money from retirement ans SSDI doesnt mean you will have it made which is not always the case because every living condition and lifestyle is different from someone else so they will never understand that situation because they dont have your own respective problems. read more
