We were in a bind with a new but compromised system and fight with another company to get our money back. It was the dead of winter. Without even knowing he'd get us as a customer, Richard showed up with heaters and did a complete diagnosis on what was wrong with the existing unit so we could escalate to Trane. Thankfully, the other company relented. Their unit was pulled out on a Friday. You could find no better man that Richard to do repairs for your Heating and Cooling needs. We have used Richard quite a few times now and he is the most thoughtful and efficient repairman you will every find. He will not leave you hanging. When my mom's furnace was acting up, he fixed what he could without the needed part and then left several portable heaters in case the furnace went down again before the part came in. My furnace started making a weird noise around midnight on a Saturday. I called a well known area company on their emergency line and got a recording to leave a message. I then called Phc and again had to leave a message. I started to panic because I have kids and couldn't be without heat. Rich called me back within a few minutes. He had me get video of the nose it was making. Although he was booked he came early the next day to look at my furnace (which ended up needing replaced) He was very honest with me. He told me if I chose to turn it back on and continue to run it that it would heat however it was very unsafe. We of course decided not to turn it back on. Rich ordered us a new furnace and installed it as soon as it came in. We hired him again to install our central air. Both times he did excellent work, was reliable, honest, friendly, and has great prices. The other company called me around 1:00 pm the next day. read more
