Ms. Rivas filed several motions on my behalf, but they were all filed incorrectly and dismissed by the judge. She was clearly over her head and even forgot to register her name on my case. I regret not trusting my instincts from the start. Ms. Rivas did nothing to help my case; in fact, she harmed it, and now I'm trying to recover the $6,000 I paid her (scam).
