She took time to sincerely listen to my concerns and needs, and to get me scheduled for my particular situation. Britni was helpful during the medical info gather stage prior to my consultation. My in-person experience was just as professional and caring, consistent with my phone and email interaction. Dr Jeff proved to be a clear thinking pragmatist, presenting possible solutions, from best case to full restoration, in a clearly explained manner. He took time to fully evaluate my particular situation as well as listen to my thoughts and concerns, which I appreciate very much. Upon leaving their office, I had a treatment plan outline and maximum costs which may be forthcoming. So far, so good.
