Dr. Raider and his assistant did it so well that I didn't even realize it was all done. Dr. Raider had me bite down several times on a paper bite plate -I don't know what it's called - to check that it was in correctly, before he glued it. This was not done by my former dentist. This bite check is crucial. My former dentist just told me to tell him if it felt correct. Honestly, you can't tell by just how it feels to you, alone. You need the bite check on the paper. Dr. Raider also took an x ray before he glued it. This was not done ever with my former dentist. My daughter has gone to Dr. Raider for at least 15 years and everything has always been done perfectly. I am so thrilled that I now go there too. Making or changing appointments is easy. The entire staff is so efficient and kind.

Lobby: old and dingy! Dental rooms: old and tiny, I'll go as far as saying 'antiquated!' I was actually a little concerned about the overall cleanliness as this place really requires a huge overhaul. Lastly, I was told by one of the receptionists that my type of dental insurance was accepted. Lo and behold, I go to check-out (for what was my first and LAST visit), and they DON'T take my form of insurance anymore (as if this decision was literally just made!). If I had a choice to go some back-alley non-licensed dental office or this place, my decision may surprise you!

I have been a long standing patient of this practice. Kevin the hygienist is awesome, very…read morethorough. Dr Lee is also very professional. I recently had to have a tooth extracted and, agreed to an implant. Dr Babayev's extraction and procedure for the implant were painless both during and after. I did not have swelling or pain. I appreciated his honesty and explanation as to where/why I needed an implant. I gave review 5 stars for them. And while the work I had done by Dr Isaacs looks great and, he provided an explanation for what he thought was best, I waited 45 minutes in the chair for him without an apology or introduction. He did not address me as a patient, having discussions with staff during my dental work. He then 'gave me a break'? I didn't ask for so, I was quite late for work.

He went and accused me of going there for a second opinion which he rudely said he doesn't do. I repeated to him that he needs to read the referral letter as it clearly says it's for his opinion to evaluate me. He insisted that it said that it said to pull as that was exactly what it says. Then he went onto tell me his procedure which he explained that he does bone graft which I explained that I wasn't interested in bone graft and he said that bone graft is required for every implant. I i formed him that I was under the impression that a 3d scanner was required to evaluate the bone and he gave a snappy response saying what kinda dentist did I go to as if I went to a crappie dentist and that they must of put bone graft and just didn't tell me. In all honesty I think it's low class to try and bad mouth other establishments as if your own establishment is not top shelf as well, this guy gives the impression as a fast talking salesman rather then an oral surgeon trying to make 1600 dollars on bone grafting. Sitting on top of a crappie restaurant has gotten to this Oral surgeons head that he needs to be opinionated on other establishments and outright lie to make a sale. It is well documented in the implant industry that it's 50/50 for the need for bone grafting. Im not to keen to having some deceased person bone in my mouth

Picked from my list of insurance vendors but couldn't find their address or phone because…read moreapparently they're always either moving or changing their name! The work I had done was fine--in and out, no problem to-date. Regarding the office though--old, smells and antiquated! It reminded me of a clinic in some third world country! By the way, when I called to confirm my insurance was definitely accepted, I was told it was. After my service was completed though, I was told that they're changing to another insurance plan and that my original insurance was no longer accepted. That was it for me! Between the third world environment and the insurance debacle, I was a ONE and DONE and have since found a new dentist. Bring your own sterile dental implements too if you go here!
