02/26/25 - My sister in law is from Baugio. They have a caretaker that helps her elderly brother & looks after their houses in Baugio. We hired a driver to take us around Baguio for the day paying a set price instead of having to call & wait for a Grab (southeast Asias equivalent of UBER). It was nice & convenient to have a driver on standby. One of the stops was the Philippine Military Academy. This is a military trading academy for the Philippines. This is the roughly the equivalent of West Point Naval Academy in the US. It's a very nice clean campus w/cadets in officer training. read more
