I made an appointment to have it looked at and repaired and I was told when I arrived that a Dr. Vera would be my dentist. I was taken to a chair where the person who started with me was a technician named Miguel. He said that I he would do the repair and it was no problem. The tooth set at an awkward angle but I was so happy to get it restored I was charge $125.00 and was told it could last forever. It failed that night and the screw broke again. I returned a week later to a new technician. She seemed very niveous and she tried to restore it. Same problem with the angle. After about an hour this Dr. Vera stepped and told me if I really wanted to fix it there would be a cost of $3000.00. They presented me with a bill and I left explaining I would have to think about that. No warranty cause they said at that time Dr. Hanna had retired and Dr. V they call him now owned the practice. I have been fighting to get my medical records released to me and given to my new dentist but many emails and phone calls and no records. I will have to go the State Board way and have a missing tooth for a long time. The new dentist needs the size of the precise screw dimensions to replace the tooth.

After several readings on where to locate the implant ; Dr. Younan used a free hand method with the skill of Michelangelo or Leonardo de Vince. Dr. Younan was able to save fees by not having to use Zombie cadaver tissue for the implant. Also , Andrew assisted the procedure , and made me feel very comfortable. The staff provided educational videos about the procedure and conducted an exam to plan the best approach. Dr. Mahmood kindly explained each step of the process to ensure I understood everything. I chose to proceed with local anesthesia and opted out of the Exparel injection at the end of the surgery. I scheduled my surgery for two weeks later and received thorough instructions beforehand. On the day of the procedure, it lasted about 30 minutes; one wisdom tooth was more complex and took a bit longer. The recovery was smooth, with no significant pain or swelling, thanks to careful adherence to the medication schedule. Five days post-surgery, I noticed only a small hematoma in a facial area. I am very grateful to Dr. Mahmood, the assistants, and the entire staff for their excellent care and support throughout this process.

The office is very COVID safe: not allowing guests in waiting rooms, monitoring temperatures, staff wearing face shields. For the procedure, I chose to go under and it was a very quick procedure (less than an hour). I only had to clamp down on the gauze for 1 hour afterwards and the bleeding disappeared. I didn't have any pain afterwards and didnt need any pain medication! I was back to eating solid food within 5 days. The office provides you with a specific syringe that you can spray into the holes left behind by the teeth to clean out any food debris stuck in the holes which was very helpful! The staff also call on you to check up and are very responsive to any questions. Dr. Mahmood is also very personable. Honestly, the most seamless experience ever, I couldn't rate any higher.
