Which could definitely be attributed to the time of day/year as it was like 6am and right around the holidays. Maybe they had trouble finding a driver. I do get that. This possibility is why I gave 2 stars instead of just 1 star. Driver was extremely rude and brought the incorrect type of truck. This is inexcusable. Luckily the highway patrol called their own tow truck or else we would have had to wait even longer for this guy to go back and get a wrecker. (Also our accident was in an extremely unsafe area to just be waiting around.) I think they are one of the only towing options in Troy, but if something happens, try to find another towing options if possible.

The gentleman who took the call took my information and told me the driver would be there shortly. i put my boots on, drove the one mile to the station, and the driver (Mike) was there waiting on me! He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The price was reasonable, and the whole process for him to load, drive, unload in my driveway, and fill out paperwork took approximately 15 minutes! Great service! I would highly recommend!
