I've had cheaper glasses from Eyebobs, Warby Parker, and even Costco that have lasted for years without a single scratch. These did not. I won't be buying glasses from Target Optical again.

That said, the front desk experience has been consistently unpleasant. One receptionist in particular has been extremely rude to both me and my husband across multiple visits. She rarely greets us, often leaves us standing at the desk for several minutes without acknowledgement, and when she does speak, her tone is cold and dismissive. I've even had her respond with visible irritation when I asked a simple scheduling question. I don't usually write reviews like this, but it's reached the point where I feel anxious about coming in not because of the dental care, which is excellent, but because of how unwelcoming the front desk feels. It really takes away from an otherwise great practice.
