At the event, Bonnie arrived with plenty of time for setup, which is always a relief to have things go according to plan. We could tell the guests were super engaged, loving the photo booth and props, making it a point to get over there, and even often to return to it later. This whole event went beautifully - it was gorgeously adorned, with delicious food and plenty to do, but the photo booth was definitely an integral element and a way for guests to remember what fun they had. Bonnie was very professional, engaging and went above and beyond to ensure the photo booth added more than just a small dose of fun :). We were also able to see all of the photos right away. We walked away from those meetings feeling completely confident that we were aligned--and it truly showed on the big day. My initial call was about a year in advance of our wedding with John Alexander and that went smoothly. I stressed how important the emceeing portion was to me and he ensured me that DJ Nick would be a great fit. I watched DJ Nick's intro videos and loved him so I proceeded with booking. I received an automated email in June that I'd be hearing from my DJ soon, but didn't so then followed up on June 22nd with no response. I then texted John June 25th. Again, no response. We were only 2.5 weeks away from the wedding and had a holiday weekend between so I sent another text the following day to follow up. Finally he responded and said my DJ would call me next week. My DJ did not call. I had to send him another text the following week letting him know my DJ did not call. I told him that instead of waiting on the call I booked a meeting on their online calendar. At that time he just sent me "DJ Khoa" with his telephone number and zero context. This is a week out from my wedding that he tells me we have a different DJ than we booked. it wasn't until I call him and say "What happend with DJ Nick?" that he tells me that Nick had some things come up. It just seems like the owner of a company should be a little more proactive in letting clients know about when an issue arises rather than having a client reach out 4 times and then finding out a week before her wedding that it's a different DJ with a completely different emceeing style. DJ Khoa did a fine job and it's no shade to him but it was not what i was looking for for my wedding. Overall i would avoid Eclipse at all costs and not do business with John Alexander.

Having had a great experience with Eventricity for my wedding flowers, I thought I would post a…read morereview. I met with Eventricity two months before my wedding, not really knowing what I wanted. We had a very long meeting in which they helped me figure out what style I wanted (it turns out I am a "simple elegance" person, who knew?!). We then planned everything, item by item, and they were very patient with the time it took me to make my decisions. When Eventricity sent me their proposal a week later, they also helped me make a few modifications to make sure that it would fit our budget. Finally, when I asked whether we could add a few flowers for my hair at the very last minute, they made it sound like it was not a problem at all and generously offered those. This was really nice and somewhat unexpected! The result was beyond my expectations - the flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The lanterns I also asked to have as centerpieces were amazing, and many of our guests commented on how well everything was arranged. So overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely terrible. They did photos and video for my wedding. Photographed our wedding and…read moreliterally took pictures that anyone could've taken. No editing done. Same poses in like 15 different places. Took forever to get the pictures it felt like and nothing was even done but them being uploaded. The video was even worse. The cameraman was shaking the entire time. That can't even be edited out. There is constant close ups of the back of people's heads for minutes at a time. During the recording my wife and I exchanging rings, the photographers head is in the way. It's absolutely disgraceful. I would never recommend this to anyone. Not to mention we were given a 6 month timeline for the video. We had our wedding in May. It's just about January and we just got it and it's that bad. I could've had a college student do it who's learning for the first time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP.
